(二)背景技术
目前，市面上销售的钢笔存在以下不足之处：1.需要灌注墨水，受钢笔体积限制，需要经常灌注墨水，浪费时间；2.外出携带墨水瓶不是很方便；3.笔尖没有相应的保护措施，容易损坏。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型为了克服以上技术的不足，提供了一种笔杆内有粉末状墨油，能增长使用时间的钢笔。
本实用新型是通过以下措施来实现的：一种钢笔，包括笔杆、笔头、笔帽和位于笔杆内部带有吸管的管芯，所述的管芯上方有粉末状的墨油，墨油的下方安装有一过滤网，所述笔帽中安装有海绵。
采用过滤网过滤杂质，笔帽里安装海绵可以保护笔尖。
本实用新型的工作原理：利用粉末状的墨油作溶质，水作溶剂，将传统钢笔吸墨水改为吸水。
本实用新型有益效果：笔杆内有粉末状墨油可以吸水，能增长钢笔的使用时间，方便实用，适宜推广应用。

(五)具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种钢笔，包括笔杆7、笔头2、笔帽5和位于笔杆7内部带有吸管3的管芯4，所述的管芯4上方有粉末状的墨油6，墨油6的下方安装有一过滤网1，所述笔帽5中安装有海绵。
所述的海绵中间有一锥形的孔，可以保护笔尖。
使用时，当吸水时候，粉末状墨油6溶化，产生溶液，粉末状墨油6溶解时，过滤网1起过滤杂质的作用。
