Abstract

定量式墨量调节装置，涉及一种胶印机墨量调节装置。解决了以往传统的胶印机墨量通过调节螺钉进行调节，墨量的大小无法定量，只能靠印刷工人凭经验进行反复调节的问题。定量式墨量调节装置，在油墨源台上装有支架，在支架上装有凸轮，凸轮上装有扳手，在扳手处装有带有刻度的外罩。油墨源台上装有刮墨板和顶杆，顶杆上装有复位弹簧，顶杆一端与凸轮接触，另一端与刮墨板接触。扳动扳手，可通过凸轮的旋转，推动顶杆在油墨源台上左右移动，顶杆推动刮墨板靠近或远离油墨源辊，可控制油墨源辊上墨层厚度，从而调节墨量大小。

背景技术：传统的胶印机墨量调节装置是通过调节螺钉进行调节的。墨量的大小无法定量，只能靠印刷工人凭经验进行反复调节。
发明内容：为解决上述存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种定量式墨量调节装置，该调解装置使用方便，墨量的大小可以通过刻度线直观的看到。本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的：定量式墨量调节装置：在油墨源台上装有支架，在支架上装有凸轮，凸轮上装有扳手，在扳手处装有带有刻度的外罩。油墨源台上装有刮墨板和顶杆，顶杆上装有复位弹簧，顶杆一端与凸轮接触，另一端与刮墨板接触。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型采用上述结构，支架通过螺钉固定在油墨源台上，在支架上装有凸轮，凸轮上装有扳手，在扳手处装有带有刻度的外罩。油墨源台上装有刮墨板和顶杆，顶杆上装有复位弹簧，顶杆一端与凸轮接触，另一端与刮墨板接触。扳动扳手，可通过凸轮的旋转，推动顶杆在油墨源台上左右移动，顶杆推动刮墨板靠近或远离油墨源辊，可控制油墨源辊上墨层厚度，从而调节墨量大小。

具体实施方式：如图所示，定量式墨量调节装置，在油墨源台1上装有刮墨板2和支架3，支架3通过螺钉8和螺钉10固定在油墨源台1上，凸轮4通过销轴6装在支架3上，凸轮4可绕销轴6旋转，凸轮4上装有扳手5，在扳手5处装有带有刻度的外罩12。油墨源台1上装有顶杆7，顶杆7上装有复位弹簧9，顶杆7一端与凸轮4接触，另一端与刮墨板2接触。扳动扳手5，可通过凸轮4的旋转，推动顶杆7在油墨源台1上左右移动，顶杆7推动刮墨板2靠近或远离油墨源辊11，可控制油墨源辊11上墨层厚度，从而调节墨量大小。
