本实用新型涉及一种电热杯体，特别是一种新型电热管加热型电热杯体。
背景技术
电热杯是采用电阻发热原理，利用电发热管通电后产生的热量加热杯体，然后再加热杯内食物。而电热杯体为电热杯的重要组成部分，目前市场上的一些电热杯，一般均采用圆柱形杯体，发热元件设置在杯体内部或者设置在杯体的底部外表面。发热元件设置在杯体内部的杯体，发热元件直接与食物接触，易脏污且不易清洗；发热元件设置在圆柱形杯体底部外表面的杯体，由于加热面积小易造成加热不均而易糊锅；且以上杯体结构都存在产品使用寿命短的缺陷、都不能防止电热杯干烧。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型电热杯体，以克服现有技术的电热杯体易脏污不易清洗、易糊锅以及使用寿命短、不能防止电热杯干烧等缺陷。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种电热杯体，包括杯体1、熔断体2、加热圈3和加热元件4，杯体为上大下小结构；加热元件4固定在加热圈3内，加热圈3焊接固定在杯体1下部小端圆柱外表面位置，熔断体2装配在杯体1上并可测量加热圈温度并实现过热保护而防止电热杯干烧。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型采用不锈钢制成电热杯体，在图中，不锈钢杯体1、熔断体2、加热圈3，加热元件4；杯体为上大下小结构，加热元件4固定在加热圈3内；熔断体2装配在杯体上；加热圈3焊接固定在杯体1下部小端圆柱外表面位置。
本实用新型有益效果为：由于将加热圈放置在杯体下部小端圆柱外表面位置，采用侧面加热，加热和散热效果好，不易糊锅，产品使用寿命长；避免了以往将加热元件放置在杯体内而造成的加热元件易脏污、不易清洗的缺陷；也避免了将加热元件放置在杯体外表面底部造成加热不均引起的易糊锅的缺陷；设置有熔断体进行过热保护，防止电热杯干烧。

1.一种电热杯体，包括杯体(1)、熔断体(2)、加热圈(3)和加热元件(4)，杯体为上大下小结构；其特征在于：加热元件(4)固定在加热圈(3)内，加热圈(3)焊接固定在杯体(1)下部小端圆柱外表面位置。
2.根据权利要求1的电热杯体，其特征在于：所述的熔断体(2)固定在杯体(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1的电热杯体，其特征在于：所述的杯体(1)可以采用不锈钢制成。
