本实用新型涉及一种农作物种子直播器,属农业机械领域。它由把手,滚动轮,种子存储管和中轴构成,中轴上装有至少两个中轴环,中轴环上装有种子存储管,种子存储管的端部制有管盖,管盖上制有播种孔,中轴的两端装有滚动轮,中轴上装有一把手,中轴环上制有固紧螺栓,所述的滚动轮为多边形。它是采用将农作物种子放入种子存储管后滚动向前播出,使得种子播出后粒数均匀,引距一致,而且播种时劳动强度小,播种效率高,后期管理简便,产量高,且该播种器制造简单,生产成本低,使用操作方便,省工省时,适用于一切撒播的农作物种子播种。

本实用新型涉及一种农作物种子直播器,属农业机械领域。
技术背景:
目前一些农作物如:油菜,芝麻等种植有两种方式,即:育苗移栽和大田直播。育苗移栽就是先在苗床上育苗,待长到一个月左右,秧苗长有六至七片叶子时再移栽到大田里,其优点是产量高,后期好管理,不足之处是劳动强度大,效率低,费工费时,不利于大面积成片种植。大田直播就是人工用手将农作物种子直接撒播到大田里,这种方法劳动强度小,播种速度快,其不足之处是由于种子太小,人工无法均匀的播种,致使出苗稀密不一致而要进行后期秧苗间苗移栽,后期管理工作烦琐,导致其产量不高,影响农民的收入。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种播种效率高,劳动强度小,播种均匀,行距可控,且后期易管理,收获时产量高的农作物种子直播器。
本实用新型是通过如下的技术方案来实现上述目的的:
一种农作物种子直播器,它由把手,滚动轮,种子存储管和中轴构成,其特征在于:中轴上装有至少两个中轴环,中轴环上装有种子存储管,种子存储管的端部制有管盖,管盖上制有播种孔,中轴的两端装有滚动轮,中轴上装有一把手。中轴环上制有固紧螺栓。所述的滚动轮为多边形。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的有益效果是:
由于采用将农作物种子放入种子存储管后滚动向前播出,使得种子播出后粒数均匀,行距一致,而且播种时劳动强度小,播种效率高,后期管理简便,产量高,且该播种器制造简单,生产成本低,使用操作方便。

具体实施方式:
该种子直播器由滚动轮1,种子存储管2,中轴3,把手4,管盖5,中轴环6,固紧螺栓7构成(参见附图1-2)。种子存储管2固定连接在中轴环6上,中轴环6上设置有用来将其固定在中轴3上的固紧螺栓7。把手4活动套接在中轴3上,滚动轮1固定安装在中轴3两端,种子存储管2的长度小于滚动轮1的直径长度。滚动轮1与种子存储管2通过中轴3固定连接成为一整体,无论滚动轮1前行或是后退,中轴3与种子存储管2都与它作同步运动,这样所播出的作物种子的行距都是等距离的,不会出现播种不均匀的现象。
使用时,把要播种的作物种子灌入种子存储管2中,盖紧管盖5,通过把手4推动或拉动直播器前行。因滚动轮1为一多边形,每前行一步都会产生一次震动,这样当种子存储管2转动到与地面垂直时,由于滚动轮1的震动,作物种子就会通过管盖5上的播种孔漏出,播种到田里。
该油菜种直播器省工省时,适用于一切撒播的农作物种子播种。

1.一种农作物种子直播器,它由把手(4),滚动轮(1),种子存储管(2)和中轴(3)构成,其特征在于:中轴(3)上装有至少两个中轴环(6),中轴环(6)上装有种子存储管(2),种子存储管(2)的端部制有管盖(5),管盖(5)上制有播种孔,中轴(3)的两端装有滚动轮(1),中轴(3)上装有一把手(4)。
