在使用圆珠笔时，由于笔芯一直露在外面，当笔不小心掉到地上时，很容易将笔芯摔坏。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点，提供一种能够保护笔芯的防摔笔。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种防摔笔，包括笔筒、与笔筒螺纹连接的笔筒盖和置于笔筒内的笔芯，其特征在于：所述的笔筒盖内固有一永磁体，笔芯的顶端有与永磁体相吸的铁帽，在笔芯的下端设有套环，在笔筒位于手持部分局部设有手压弹性膜片，在手压弹性膜片的内侧与套环的外侧之间固定连接有倾斜的弹性杆。
本实用新型的有益效果是：笔芯是通过手指的按压才露出，当手指按压的力度消失后，笔芯会在磁力的作用下缩回，可以有效的保护笔芯不被弄坏，结构简单，使用方便。

一种防摔笔，包括笔筒1、与笔筒螺纹连接的笔筒盖2和置于笔筒1内的笔芯3，所述的笔筒盖2内固有一永磁体5，笔芯3的顶端有与永磁体5相吸的铁帽4，在笔芯3的下端设有套环8，在笔筒1位于手持部分局部设有手压弹性膜片6，在手压弹性膜片6的内侧与套环8的外侧之间固定连接有倾斜的弹性杆7。使用时，手压弹性膜片6在手指的压力下推动弹性杆7，使连接在弹性杆7上的套环8下移，从而使笔芯3外露，当手指按压的力度消失后，笔芯3在磁力的作用下会缩回，可以有效的保护笔芯3不被弄坏。
