本实用新型公开了一种带有新型花型的超白压花玻璃,其顶面为平面,其底面有压出的花型,底面的花型为均匀连续排布,花型为凹面形,凹面的下部为正四棱台形,凹面的上部为球冠形,球冠与四棱台的四个侧面相交,球冠所在球的球心落在四棱台的中心线上。这种超白压花玻璃,其底面的花型结构独特,并且为均匀连续排布,能使大部分进入玻璃内的光线产生二次、甚至三次、四次折射,因此反射回的光线将大大减少,从而增强了光线的透光率。

本实用新型属于玻璃,尤其涉及一种可用于太阳能光伏电池的带有新型花型的超白压花玻璃。
背景技术
目前,随着能源紧张,太阳能光伏电池发展迅速,而作为太阳能光伏电池的盖板玻璃—低铁超白压花玻璃,其透光率的高低,直接影响太阳能光伏电池的功率,而低铁超白压花玻璃的透光率,除去含铁量的影响外,花型结构起到关键性的作用。现在花型众多,但透光率高的却不多见。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带有有新型花型的超白压花玻璃,通过其花型的改变,而具有了较高的透光率。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种带有新型花型的超白压花玻璃,其顶面为平面,其底面有压出的花型,底面的花型为均匀连续排布,花型为凹面形,凹面的下部为正四棱台形,凹面的上部为球冠形,球冠与四棱台的四个侧面相交,球冠所在球的球心落在四棱台的中心线上。
它的厚度为3.2毫米,正四棱台底面的边长为0.84毫米,球冠底面的直径为0.41毫米,凹面的深度为0.23~0.25毫米。
这种超白压花玻璃,其底面的花型结构独特,并且为均匀连续排布,能使大部分进入玻璃内的光线产生二次、甚至三次、四次折射,因此反射回的光线将大大减少,从而增强了光线的透光率。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的超白压花玻璃,其顶面为平面,其底面有压出的花型,底面的花型为均匀连续分布,花型为凹面形,如图2所示,凹面的下部为正四棱台形1,凹面的上部为球冠形2,球冠与四棱台的四个侧面相交,球冠所在球的球心落在四棱台的中心线上。
在实际生产中,一个型号的超白压花玻璃的厚度为3.2毫米,正四棱台底面的边长为0.84毫米,球冠底面的直径为0.41毫米,凹面的深度为0.23~0.25毫米。
下面简述一下这种压花玻璃的透光原理:光在从一种介质进入另一种介质时,只要密度不同,都要产生折射和反射,而随着入射角i的增大,折射角y也随之增大,增大到90°时,将产生全反射,此时将不会有光线折射进入另一种介质,全部反射回第一种介质。如图3所示,光束S在射入玻璃绒面A-B面时,一是产生反射光S1,二是产生折射现象,即光束S2,而光束S2前进到花型C-D界面时,又产生二次折射光束S3进入玻璃板下层空间,而在C-D面上产生的反射光束S4,在射到另一个花的界面E-F上时,还会产生一次折射,反射光束S5进入玻璃板内反射回,折射光束S6进入玻璃板下层空间。由于此种花型在玻璃板上密集排布,以及其独特结构,将使大部分光线能够产生二次,甚至三次,四次折射,因此反射回的光线将大大减少,从而增强了光线的透光率。

1.一种带有新型花型的超白压花玻璃,其顶面为平面,其底面有压出的花型,其特征在于:底面的花型为均匀连续排布,花型为凹面形,凹面的下部为正四棱台形,凹面的上部为球冠形,球冠与四棱台的四个侧面相交,球冠所在球的球心落在四棱台的中心线上。
2.如权利要求1所述的超白压花玻璃,其特征在于:它的厚度为3.2毫米,正四棱台底面的边长为0.84毫米,球冠底面的直径为0.41毫米,凹面的深度为0.23~0.25毫米。
