本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型采用上述结构，使用时，将腰带系于腰部，将尿片粘贴在衬垫上，衬垫的末端粘贴在腰带上，即可使用。本实用新型结构简单，使用后，开启衬垫更换尿片，使用方便。

具体实施方式：尿不湿，包括尿片1、腰带2、衬垫3，腰带2与衬垫3连接，在衬垫3上粘贴尿片1，在腰带2侧面设有粘带4，使用时，腰带将婴儿腰部后缠好后，粘带4位于中心位置，将衬垫3翻转，与腰带粘贴好后即可使用，也可在衬垫3末端制有粘带4，粘带4可根据需要采用尼龙粘带，也可在腰带2和衬垫3上设置子母扣，方便拆装。
