背景技术
现有手术持针钳,血管钳,包括内钳体,外钳体,内钳体与外钳体转动连接,两钳体的近端为指环,远端为钳口,钳口的两根部呈直棱面,钳口合拢后钳口两根部相紧贴。手术缝合过程中,当深部手术线头过短或手工打结困难时,常常使用持针钳代替手工打结。但是,使用持针钳打结,容易出现手术线被钳口两根部夹住,干扰操作,或手术线被内钳口根部直棱阻拉,甚至割断,导致操作失败,给手术带来麻烦和危险性,存在着医疗事故隐患。

设计人在多年的手术医疗实践中,发现现有的手术持针钳、手术血管钳存在着上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种不夹线手术持针钳,能够克服现有手术持针钳时常夹线、割线的问题。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是设计一种不夹线手术持针钳,其结构包括:内钳体,外钳体,内钳体与外钳体转动连接,两钳体的近端为指环,远端为钳口,其中内钳口的根部呈坡面状。
本实用新型由于采取以上技术措施,对现有的手术持针钳加以改进,内钳口的根部由直棱面改为坡面状后,钳口的两根部之间随之留出间缝,手术线接触后不仅不会被合拢的钳口夹住,而且手术线能在坡面上滑过,不会被钳口根部阻拉或割断,手术线不再受钳口根部干扰,利于医生集中精力抓紧时间操作,既加快了手术进程,又提高了手术的安全性,较好避免了因此而出现的操作事故。
本实用新型不夹线手术持针钳的这种技术方案适用于对手术血管钳的改进。
