本实用新型涉及一种冷凝回收式真空热水锅炉,它属于高效节能型真空供热设备。本实用新型包括燃烧器、前烟室、热交换器、真空炉体和排烟室,其特征在于:还设置有真空腔和真空冷凝换热器,真空腔内安放有介质水,真空冷凝换热器安装在排烟室内,它与排烟室通过焊接连接。本实用新型从真空炉排出的高温烟气经过冷凝回收换热器后,一方面降低排烟温度,吸收烟气余热;另一方面把烟气中大量的水蒸气凝结成水,吸收凝结热,从而大大提高了锅炉的热效率,还降低了污染物排放,且结构简单。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种冷凝回收式真空热水锅炉,它属于高效节能型真空供热设备,具体是在排烟室上增加了冷凝回收换热器的真空热水锅炉。
背景技术
目前,传统真空热水锅炉的高温烟气大多采用直接排入大气的结构,有的虽然加了烟气余热回收装置,但都没有把烟气中大量水蒸气的凝结热回收下来,能量浪费严重,降低了热水锅炉的热效率。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种冷凝回收式真空热水锅炉,该锅炉在高温烟气排出前先经过冷凝回收换热器,把高温烟气冷却到100度以下,吸收大部分烟气余热,同时把烟气中的水蒸气凝结成水,吸收凝结热,极大地提高了锅炉的热效率。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该冷凝回收式真空热水锅炉包括燃烧器、前烟室、热交换器、真空炉体和排烟室,其结构特征是还设置有真空腔和真空冷凝换热器,真空腔内安放有介质水,真空冷凝换热器安装在排烟室内,它与排烟室通过焊接连接。
本实用新型所述的真空冷凝换热器由垂直方向安装的换热管组成,所述的换热管内腔与真空腔内的介质水连通,换热管的管外与排烟室连通。
本实用新型在所述的排烟室上安装有凝结水排水口。
本实用新型的有益效果是:从真空炉排出的高温烟气经过冷凝回收换热器后,一方面降低排烟温度,吸收烟气余热;另一方面把烟气中大量的水蒸气凝结成水,吸收凝结热,从而大大提高了锅炉的热效率。并在提高了真空热水锅炉的热效率的同时,还降低了污染物排放,且结构简单。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参见图1,本实用新型主要由燃烧器1、前烟室2、介质水3、热交换器4、真空腔5、真空炉体6,真空冷凝换热器7和排烟室8组成;其中:真空冷凝换热器7由垂直方向安装的换热管7-1组成,排烟室8上安装有凝结水排水口9。燃烧机1与前烟室2采用螺栓连接,前烟室2与真空炉体6、真空冷凝换热器7、排烟室8、凝结水排水口9的连接均采用连续焊接,热交换器4与真空炉体6的连接采用胀接,真空冷凝换热器7安装在排烟室8内,真空冷凝换热器7的换热管7-1内腔与真空腔5内的介质水3连通,换热管7-1的管外与排烟室8连通。凝结水排水口9与排烟室8之间的连接采用焊接方式。
本实用新型由于在排烟室8上增加了一组真空冷凝换热器7,而其上的换热管7-1又是垂直方向安装,由此使得换热管7-1外走烟气,换热管7-1内是介质水3,与真空锅炉的真空腔5内的介质水3连通。当高温烟气经过换热管7-1外壁时,就加热换热管7-1管内的介质水3;由于真空锅炉的介质水3温度相对较低且处于真空状态,所以介质水3就沸腾蒸发,蒸发过程吸收热量。而换热管7-1的管外烟气中的水蒸气就在温度较低的管外壁凝结成水,凝结过程放出热量。所以,本实用新型极大地提高了真空热水锅炉的热效率,且降低了污染物排放。

1.一种冷凝回收式真空热水锅炉,包括燃烧器、前烟室、热交换器、真空炉体和排烟室,其特征在于:还设置有真空腔和真空冷凝换热器,真空腔内安放有介质水,真空冷凝换热器安装在排烟室内,它与排烟室通过焊接连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷凝回收式真空热水锅炉,其特征在于:所述的真空冷凝换热器由垂直方向安装的换热管组成,所述的换热管内腔与真空腔内的介质水连通,换热管的管外与排烟室连通。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的冷凝回收式真空热水锅炉,其特征在于:在所述的排烟室上安装有凝结水排水口。
