本实用新型属于一种组合调压型节电器,由设有A相火线、B相火线、C相火线、E线及N线接线柱的接线端子排构成,接线端子排上的A相火线、B相火线、C相火线及N线分别与调压型模块的三个输入端及N端相连接,调压型模块设有四个与负载相连接的输出端,其技术特点是:接线端子排上的A相火线、B相火线、C相火线在接入调压型模块前还并联一滤波补偿模块。本实用新型将调压型节电器与滤波补偿型节电器的性能及特点组合在一起,具有调压型、滤波补偿型节电器的功能特点,对接入照明负载或混合负载的用电系统能进行有效的节电控制和对用电设备的保护,减少了节电器的安装数量,降低了节电设备成本。

技术领域
本实用新型属于节电保护控制设备,尤其是一种组合调压型节电器。
背景技术
在每一个用电系统中,都存在着诸多的电力垃圾和过剩能耗问题,仅是程度不同而已。电力垃圾主要包括瞬变、浪涌、谐波等,这些电力垃圾将使用电系统的用电效率严重下降,并对用电设备具有产生严重的冲击破坏作用,如瞬变会导致电机的正常运行温度升高,且每升高一度,大约增加4%的电耗;瞬变会在电机的接触点上形成氧化性碳膜层,而每欧姆阻抗的氧化性碳膜层的存在,可使电机的效率下降13%,多次谐波会引起电器设备异常的发热,导致铁损、铜损和漂移损的增加,这正是导致变压器及周边用电设备能耗增加、效率降低的主要原因;过剩能耗主要体现在两个方面:一是用电系统中,供电电压高于用电设备的额定电压,这不但会造成电力资源的浪费,同时对用电设备产生不良影响,降低设备的使用寿命;二是在动力用电设备中,电机在恒定负荷时,常有“大马拉小车”的现象,在变动负荷时,也常有轻载和空载的现象,造成了不必要的电力资源的浪费。无论是过剩能耗还是电力垃圾都是将用电系统和用电设备中不需要的电能转换为热能、机械能或其他形式的能量被浪费掉。目前,在较多的用电系统中,为了平衡所有用户的供电需要,通常供电系统输出的电压值要高于用电设备的额定值,较高的电压一方面会造成电力的浪费,另一方面,较高的电压不仅不能使用电设备更有效地工作,反而会引起用电设备过度发热而过早损坏,造成用电设备寿命的下降及维修量的增加。为了解决上述问题,通常将调压型节电器串连至用电系统中以对用电系统的过剩能耗进行处理,但是由于系统变压器所带的其它负荷支路上产生的瞬变、浪涌、谐波等电力垃圾,以及由系统变压器一侧进入的电力垃圾对用电设备造成的破坏,仅仅使用单一的调压型节电器是无法解决的,而需要在用电系统的其他位置上安装其他类型节电器配合使用才能解决,但这样势必会造成节电设备成本的增加。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种将调压型节电器与滤波补偿型节电器组合在一起并具有功能全、特性优、成本低、运行效率高等特点的组合调压型节电器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种组合调压型节电器,由设有A相火线、B相火线、C相火线、E线及N线接线柱的接线端子排构成,接线端子排上的A相火线、B相火线、C相火线及N线分别与调压型模块的三个输入端及N端相连接,调压型模块设有四个与负载相连接的输出端,其特征在于:接线端子排上的A相火线、B相火线、C相火线在接入调压型模块前还并联一滤波补偿模块。
而且,所述的调压型模块和滤波补偿模块均为市售现有模块。
本实用新型的优点和积极效果是:
1.本实用新型将调压型节电器与滤波补偿型节电器的性能及特点有机地组合在一起,不但保持现有调压型节电器的所有功能特性,而且还具有滤波补偿型节电器的功能,因此,其不仅可以起到调压稳压的作用,还可以清除系统变压器所带的其它负荷支路上产生的瞬变、浪涌、谐波等电力垃圾以及系统变压器一侧进入的电力垃圾对用电设备造成的破坏,能有效提高功率因数cosΦ,降低过剩能耗,对用电系统和用电设备能够进行有效的节电保护控制。
2.本实用新型在清除瞬变、浪涌、谐波电力垃圾,提高功率因数cosΦ,降低过剩能耗同时,为用电系统中的用电设备提供了稳定、优质的电力资源,有利于保护用电设备,延长了用电设备的使用寿命,减少了用电设备的维修次数和维修费用,为工农业生产及人民生活带来极大的好处。
3.本实用新型将调压型节电器与波补偿型节电器的性能及特点有机地组合在一起,克服以往必须要使用多种节电器才能对用电系统进行节电控制与对用电设备进行保护的问题,因此降低了节电设备的成本,同时也便于节电设备的检测与维修。解决了在安装过程中需要对多台设备进行安装调试的问题,节省了人力、物力、财力及时间的损失浪费,提高了运行效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型实施例做进一步详述。
本组合调压型节电器,由接线端子排1、调压型模块3和滤波补偿模块2构成。接线端子排上设有A相火线、B相火线、C相火线、E线及N线接线柱,接线端子排上的A相火线、B相火线、C相火线及N线分别与调压型模块的三个输入端T、S、R及N端相连接,调压型模块上设有四个输出端U、V、W、N端,三个输出端U、V、W及N端与照明负载相连接。接线端子排上的A相火线、B相火线、C相火线在接入到调压型模块前还并联一滤波补偿模块。其中,调压型模块具有调压稳压、降低过剩能耗的作用,滤波补偿模块具有自动跟踪补偿各高次谐波和无功源的补偿功能。
在本实施例中,上述的调压型模块和滤波补偿模块均采用市售现有模块:调压型模块为EIC-V调压型模块,滤波补偿模块为EIC-H系列滤波补偿模块。
本实用新型是串联在一个用电支路中,以实现该用电系统能够进行有效的节电保护控制及对用电设备的保护。
