Abstract

一种无落差长叶柱状水轮机,它包括聚流罩、导流管,聚流罩为喇叭口形,位于导流管的进水口,导流管为圆筒状,在导流管中设有转轮轴及轴承和轴承座,在转轮轴上设有水轮机叶片,水轮机叶片前端设有泄水锥,转轮轴通过传动主轴与发电机相连接。本实用新型水轮机能在无落差水流的流速缓、流量大的情况下获得较大的转矩,选用适配的增速箱和发电机即可用于发电。本实用新型具有成本低,结构简单,安全可靠的特点。

本实用新型涉及水力发电装置,特别是水轮机。
背景技术
现有的水力发电需要有一定的水位落差,要在江河上建造拦河大坝,抬高水位,提高水头。当前,国内外的中高水头的水力发电,开发得所剩无几。现有的水下发电机用水轮机,如专利申请号01129559.7公开了一种利用海洋波浪能量驱动水下泵排水,实现海水在有一定落差的条件下形成海水循环,达到驱动水轮机发电。它只能采用水的落差驱动水轮机发电,而不能利用水下水流动驱动水轮机发电。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种利用结构简单、造价低、安装容易的无落差长叶柱状水轮机。
本实用新型由以下技术方案完成,它包括聚流罩、导流管,导流管为圆筒状,聚流罩为喇叭口形,设在导流管的进水口,在导流管中设有转轮轴及轴承和轴承座,在转轮轴上设有水轮机叶片,水轮机叶片前端设有泄水锥,转轮轴通过传动主轴与发电机相连接。
本实用新型为长叶柱状水轮机,水轮机的叶片为加长形的叶片,当无落差的水流进入到喇叭状的聚流加速管后,其单位的体积和流速都依现场的工况比例得到增大。在经过水轮机的加长形的叶片后与叶片产生相对的力,推动叶片作旋转运动,在水流不断的情况下,依照水轮机的相似律,得到和水力试验模型近似的转速和转矩。当流水在水轮机叶片上脱离质点时,由于受到喇叭口上游进水的压力,使水轮机作恒速运转而发电
本实用新型水轮机能在无落差水流的流速缓、流量大的情况下获得较大的转矩,再选用适配的增速箱和发电机即可用于发电,与风力发电相比具有成本低、应用范围广的特点,能产生巨大的经济效益和社会效益。本实用新型还具有成本低,结构简单,安全可靠的特点。

附图为本实用新型的一个具体实施例,它包括包括聚流罩1、导流管8、导流管8为圆筒状,聚流罩1为喇叭口形,聚流罩设在导流管8的进水口,在导流管中设有转轮轴5及轴承及轴承座4,在转轮轴5上设有水轮机叶片3,水轮机叶片3前端设有泄水锥2,转轮轴5通过传动主轴6与发电机相连接。
