背景技术
随着水体富营养化问题的加剧、城市污水排放标准对出水总氮的严格要 求以及污水排放量的逐渐增加,对污水厂的运行和管理提出了更高的要求。 如何研究开发高效、低能耗的生物脱氮工艺和装置己成为当前水处理界重要 的研究课题。
传统生物脱氮过程中硝化作用的最终产物是硝酸盐,实际上,从氮的微生 物转化过程来看,氨被氧化为硝酸盐是由两类独立的细菌催化完成的两个不同 反应。首先NH4+在亚硝化菌(Nitrosomonas)的作用下被氧化为N(V,然后 N(V在再硝化菌(Nitrobacter)的作用下被进一步氧化为NCV;短程生物脱氮 的基本原理就是将硝化过程控制在亚硝酸盐阶段,阻止N(V的进一步氧化,然 后直接进行反硝化。显然,与传统生物脱氮工艺相比,短程硝化-反硝化生物脱氮 工艺可节约供氧量25%左右;节约反硝化所需碳源40%左右;减少污泥生成量; 减少硝化过程的投碱量;縮短反应时间,相应地减少了反应器容积30%—40%左 右。因此具有降低能耗、节省碳源、减少污泥生成量、反应器容积小及占地 面积小等优点的短程硝化-反硝化工艺已成为水处理界的研究重点和热点。
如何产生并维持短程硝化己成为世界各国污水处理领域的研究热点,其 中亚硝化细菌和硝化细菌在短程硝化过程中的生理特性和种群竞争与优化是 研究的焦点和难点。但是,到目前为止,经NCV途径在实际工程中实现生物 脱氮的成功应用并不多见。其主要原因是影响NCV积累的控制因素比较复杂, 系统由全程转变为短程需要长期精确的过程控制,并且硝酸菌能够迅速地将 N(V转化为N03—,造成已经实现的短程硝化脱氮工艺又极易恢复为全程硝化 过程。投加抑制剂能够在曝气阶段产生大量的亚硝酸盐积累,这是利用亚硝 化菌与硝化菌的生长特性不同,其受到抑制因素的影响程度不同。相对于亚 硝化菌,硝化菌对环境因素变化较为敏感,因而在遇到有害物质的初期就立 即会受到抑制,使亚硝酸盐氧化过程受阻形成亚硝酸盐积累。抑制剂抑制了 硝化细菌的生长从而富集亚硝化菌生长从而逐渐淘汰硝化菌群达到种群优化 形成稳定的短程硝化的目的。
现有SBR法硝化反硝化生物脱氮模糊控制方法主要是利用氧化还原电位 (ORP)和pH值的信号,作为SBR法脱氮过程的模糊控制参数进行在线控 制调节。其装置主要包括SBR反应器7,其内部装有第一搅拌器ll、滗水器 12和曝气器13,内部还放置氧化还原电位(ORP)传感器9和pH值传感器 10, ORP测定仪15和pH测量计16 —端与对应传感器相连另一端与计算机2 相连,模糊控制器1 一端连接计算机另一端经信号线与曝气器13、碱度调节 计量泵4、投加碳源计量泵5和第一搅拌器11连接。

应用本实用新型的快速稳定实现含氮污水SBR短程生物脱氮工艺,其步 骤包括:
(1) 进水:根据设计的水量原污水进入SBR反应器后,盐溶解池内溶解 的盐水通过盐度计量泵一并打入反应器内,当模糊控制器得到盐度达到反应

(2) 曝气(短程硝化阶段):启动鼓风机通过反应器内曝气器进行曝气, 好氧去除水中有机物,然后将水中氨氮氧化为硝态氮,即进行硝化反应。整 个过程由ORP和pH在线传感器监控,硝化反应结束时,ORP值出现平台, pH值会由下降变为上升。根据以上特征点,可以精确了解系统中的反应进程, 当硝化反应结束时,停止曝气,避免了过度曝气而浪费的能源。
(3) 搅拌(短程反硝化阶段):停止曝气后开启搅拌器进行搅拌,并由 模糊控制器打开碳源投加计量泵投加碳源。反硝化过程结束时ORP曲线出现 拐点,pH值会由上升变为下降,出现转折点。根据以上特征点,可以精确判 断反硝化反应的进程,反硝化结束时,停止搅拌。
(4) 反应过程结束后,依次进入沉淀、排水、闲置阶段,排水时无动力 式滗水器开始工作,将处理后水排放。依次重复以上步骤,并根据污泥龄定 期排放污泥,盐溶解池内加入粗盐后定时开启池内搅拌器搅拌,促进盐溶解。
本实用新型设计的的盐度抑制结合模糊控制快速实现短程生物脱氮方法 和装置与现有技术相比,具有下列优点:
(1)快速实现短程硝化的启动。与以往的短程硝化产生的方法对比,本
方法具有快速实现短程硝化的优点。单独由依靠实时控制实现短程硝化的启 动至少需要3-6个月的时间,而结合盐度抑制后能够在一周之内实现短程硝化 的启动。这是由于硝化菌对环境因素变化较为敏感,因而在遇到有害物质的
初期就立即会受到抑制,使亚硝酸盐氧化过程受阻形成亚硝酸盐积累,从而 快速实现短程硝化的启动。
(2) 快速实现高亚硝酸盐积累率。仅依靠实时控制实现短程硝化初期的 亚硝酸盐积累率仅有60%-80%,本方法可以在快速启动初期同时实现90%以 上高的亚硝酸盐积累率,使硝化产物基本全部为亚硝态氮从而节约碳源投加 量和反硝化时间。当控制水中盐的质量浓度在5〜7.5g/L(Cond值在8.92 -12.9511^/«11)时,会抑制硝化细菌的活性和生长而对亚硝化菌抑制微弱。
(3) 短期内可形成稳定实现短程硝化。由于盐度抑制是从根本上淘汰硝 化菌富集亚硝化菌进行种群优化,再结合模糊控制的手段在硝化结束时就转 变为反硝化过程,不为硝酸盐菌在亚硝酸盐积累条件下提供充足的溶解氧也控 制了硝化细菌的生长。因此在六至七个污泥龄后大部分的硝化菌已被淘洗出 系统,从根本上实现亚硝化菌的富集生长从而实现稳定的短程硝化,这与单 独依靠实时控制方法至少需要9-12个月才能实现的稳定短程硝化相比节省了 大量的时间。
(4) 运行费用低,管理操作方便。由于投加的是粗盐,市售价格为0.8 元/公斤。因此一个100L的SBR反应器运行一个周期只需要0.4-0.6元,转变 为短程硝化后还可节约供氧量25%左右,节约反硝化所需碳源40%左右以及 节约碱度和污泥生成量。采用模糊控制策略能够根据原水水质水量的变化实 时控制各个生化反应所需投加的药剂量、反应时间,实现具有智能化的控制, 保证出水水质的前提下优化节能。
(5) 不易发生污泥膨胀。大量的研究资料表明,丝状菌对盐度极为敏感, 盐度的引入可以极大的抑制丝状菌的生长,避免发生污泥膨胀。
本实用新型可广泛应用于中小城镇城市污水或有机物、氮素含量变化较 大的工业废水的处理,特别适用于已采用SBR工艺的污水处理厂或准备采用 SBR工艺的污水处理厂。

下面结合附图及实施例详细说明本实用新型-
I进水:本实用新型所提供的盐度抑制结合模糊控制快速实现短程生物 脱氮工艺的运行操作工序如图l所示,首先打开进水阔门,启动进水泵将待
处理的废水注入SBR反应器,可以采用液位计控制水位,当达到指定液位时, 液位计将信号传送至模糊控制系统,停止进水泵;也可以通过模糊控制系统 设定进水时间,满足时间条件后关闭进水泵和进水阀门。此时盐溶解池内溶 解的盐水通过盐度计量泵一并打入反应器内,当模糊控制器得到盐度达到反 应池内Cond传感器所指示范围(8.92-12.95mc/cm)的信号后,马上向盐度调 节剂量泵下达停止注水的指令,进入第II道工序。
n曝气:打开进气阀门,启动鼓风机,根据进水水质水量调节至适量的 曝气量对反应系统进行曝气,由鼓风机提供的压縮空气由进气管进入曝气器, 以微小气泡的形式向活性污泥混合液高效供氧,并且使污水和活性污泥充分 接触,整个过程由模糊控制系统实施控制,主要根据反应池内所安置的ORP 和pH传感器在反应过程中所表现出的特征点来间接获取反应进程的信息,并 再通过数据采集卡实时将所获得的数据信息传输到计算机进行处理,最终达 到对曝气时间的控制,当模糊控制器得到表征硝化完成的信号后,关闭鼓风 机及进气阀,停止曝气避免因长时间曝气使短程硝化向传统全程硝化转化现 象的发生,然后系统进入第III道工序。
m加碳源拢拌:当工序II结束时,如图1所示,系统进入缺氧反硝化阶 段(第III道工序),首先根据工序II获得的数据由模糊控制器预测反应体系 内的亚硝酸盐氮浓度,并由该控制器向碳源投加计量泵发送指令,使投加的 碳源量刚好满足反硝化所需要的量,避免投加过多碳源所造成的反硝化出水 中有机物含量超标。碳源投加计量泵投加碳源的同时,开启反应器内搅拌器, 使在曝气阶段生成的亚硝酸盐氮经反硝化菌作用转化为氮气,实现对总氮的 去除,搅拌时间的控制仍采用ORP和pH作为实时控制参数的模糊控制。
IV沉淀当搅拌工序结束时,如图1所示,静止沉淀阶段开始(第IV道工 序),由模糊控制系统中的时间控制器根据预先设定的时间控制沉淀时间
V排水沉淀工序结束后,排水工序启动(第WI道工序)。在模糊控制 系统调节下,无动力式滗水器开始工作,将处理后水经出水管排到反应器外。
VI闲置排水结束到下一个周期开始定义为闲置期(第VI道工序)。闲置
期的时间长短不固定,根据实际污水水质和水量而随时调整,反应池即不进 水也不排水,处于待机状态。
整个系统由模糊控制系统控制顺次重复进水、曝气、搅拌、沉淀、排水
和闲置6个工序,使整个系统始终处于好氧、缺氧、厌氧交替的状态,间歇 进水和出水,并在每个周期结束时经由排泥管和排泥阀定期排放剩余的活性 污泥,盐溶解池内加入粗盐后定时开启池内的搅拌器搅拌,促进盐溶解。
实施实例
以某学校生活小区排放的实际生活污水(pH=7〜8, COD=152~286mg/L, TN=80~95mg/L)为原水。所选择的SBR反应器有效容积12L,反应器内混合 液的COD浓度维持在200〜300mg/L, NH4+-N浓度在65~75mg/L,粗盐的质 量浓度为5.5g/L,在反应池内初始MLSS在3.5~4.0 g丄",曝气量恒定在 0.3m3/h,泥龄维持在25d左右,反应温度22'C。经盐度抑制和实施模糊控制 后,在好氧曝气阶段亚硝酸盐累计率(NCV-N/NOx:N)在第二天即达到92%, 第七天开始保持稳定并始终维持在96%以上,为典型的短程硝化类型;反应 器最终出水中COD、氨氮和总氮的去除率始终保持在90。/。,99。/。和92%以上。 另外,除曝气和搅拌时间由模糊控制外,沉淀和排水时间分别设定为0.511和 lh。
Claims (1)
1.一种盐度抑制结合模糊控制快速实现短程生物脱氮装置,包括SBR反应器(7)其内部装有第一搅拌器(11)、滗水器(12)和曝气器(13),SBR反应器(7)内部还放置氧化还原电位传感器(9)和pH值传感器(10),氧化还原电位测定仪(15)一端与氧化还原电位传感器(9)相连,另一端与计算机(2)相连;pH测量计(16)一端与pH值传感器(10)相连,另一端与计算机(2)相连;模糊控制器(1)一端连接计算机(2)另一端经信号线与曝气器(13)、碱度调节计量泵(4)、投加碳源计量泵(5)和第一搅拌器(11)连接; 其特征在于:SBR反应器(7)之前放置盐溶解池(3),盐溶解池(3)内部装有第二搅拌器(17),第二搅拌器(17)经过信号线与模糊控器(1)相连;盐度调节计量泵(6)经过信号线与模糊控器(1)相连,盐度调节计量泵(6)的进水管与盐溶解池(3)相连,出水管与SBR反应器(7)相连;电导率传感器(8)置于SBR反应器(7)内;电导率测定仪(14)一端与电导率传感器(8)相连,另一端与计算机(2)相连。
