一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种连接器锁紧装置,尤其涉及一种防过载的连接器螺纹锁紧装置。
二、背景技术
目前连接器锁紧时一般采用螺纹锁紧和钢球-卡槽锁紧两种结构形式。由于钢球-卡槽锁紧容易出现失效,连接形式并不是很可靠,并且使用机械寿命也有一定限制。所以螺纹锁紧的连接器出现较多。但是用户在实际使用螺纹连接器时,并不能够正确使用,经常出现连接器锁紧时用力过大,导致连接器分离时又十分困难。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中的不足,从而提供一种防过载的连接器螺纹锁紧装置。
本实用新型的防过载的连接器螺纹锁紧装置包括锁套和螺套,在锁套内侧设有对接螺纹,锁套的尾部设有凸起,在螺套内侧设有与凸起相适应的凹槽。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:结构简单、使用方便。

五、具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型防过载的连接器螺纹锁紧装置作进一步祥述:
如图1所示为本实用新型用在插头时的结构示意图,该插头由接触件1、上基座2、对接螺纹3、键4、锁套5、螺套6、下基座7组成。插头上方设有上基座2,上基座2上设有接触件1,在上基座2外侧设有对接螺纹3,在对接螺纹3上设有键4,在对接螺纹3外侧设有锁套5,锁套5外侧设有螺套6,插头下方设有下基座7。
该插头的螺纹连接锁紧装置包括锁套5和螺套6,在锁套5内侧设有对接螺纹3,与连接器的另一部分对接连接在一起。锁套5的尾部设有凸起5a,在螺套6内侧设有与凸起5a相适应的凹槽,凸起5a和凹槽正好卡在一起。如果连接器对接时,对接螺纹相互啮合,啮合到位以后,如果使用者继续用力,这样凸起5a和凹槽无法继续卡在一起,凸起5a只能在凹槽之间不断滑入和滑出,这样形成“打滑”,防止过载。
本实用新型的防过载的连接器螺纹锁紧装置既可在连接器插头中实现,也可在插座中实现。
