本实用新型涉及的智能无负压增压水箱,包括有增压水箱、变频水泵,所述变频水泵的出水端与用户管网相连,还包括有稳流罐,所述市政管网分别与增压水箱和稳流罐的入水端相连,稳流罐的出水端与变频水泵的入水端相连接;通过本技术方案,充分的利用现有的市政管网在正常工作时的压力,对增压水箱进行补水,出现市政管网供水不足时,利用增压水箱对不足部分进行补偿,从而大大延长了补偿时间,提高了补偿能力,进一步的降低能耗,提高了无负压供水设备的稳定性。

本实用新型涉及一种用于高层建筑供水设备,特别是涉及一种智能无负压增压水箱。
背景技术
传统的二次供水方式,其调蓄水箱本身的结构设计方案很容易造成自来水水质的二次污染,现有技术的罐式或管道式无负压供水设备,在工作时,可调蓄的水量很小,一旦出现较长时间持续高峰用水时,或出现市政管网供水量减少时,由于调蓄水能力较差,有时会出现用户管网停水或用户管网水流不稳的的现象,给用户管网造成麻烦,给用户造成困难。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种智能无负压增压水箱,通过本技术方案,改变补偿水的工作方式,使市政管网和增压水箱出水端直接与稳流罐相连,并且变频水泵直接与稳流罐相连接,使变频水泵总是保持在较稳定的工作压力下,以产生有效的节能效果,以弥补现有技术中存在的不足。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种智能无负压增压水箱,包括有增压水箱、变频水泵,所述变频水泵的出水端与用户管网相连,还包括有稳流罐,所述市政管网分别与增压水箱和稳流罐的入水端相连,稳流罐的出水端与变频水泵的入水端相连接。
本实用新型在实际应用中,在正常情况下,市政管网的水压高于负压临界值时,市政管网的水进入稳流罐中经变频水泵的再次加压提供给用户管网,同时市政管网对增压水箱进行补水,在市政管网的水压临近负压临界值时,此时单独的市政管网已不能够满足其进入稳流罐中的水量能够保证用户管网的用水,增压水箱的水进入到稳流罐中同市政管网中的水一起进入变频水泵,消除了市政管网出现的负压现象,保证了用户管网的正常运行。
本实用新型智能无负压增压水箱的有益效果是:通过本技术方案,充分的利用现有的市政管网在正常工作时的压力,对增压水箱进行补水,出现市政管网供水不足时,利用增压水箱对不足部分进行补偿,从而大大延长了补偿时间,提高了补偿能力,进一步的降低能耗,提高了无负压供水设备的稳定性。

如图1所示,本实用新型涉及的智能无负压增压水箱,包括有增压水箱4、变频水泵9,所述变频水泵9的出水端与用户管网8相连,还包括有稳流罐2,所述市政管网1分别与增压水箱4和稳流罐2的入水端相连,稳流罐2的出水端与变频水泵9的入水端相连接。
在本实施例中,在稳流罐2上设置有压力传感器7,在增压水箱4与稳压罐2之间还增设有补偿增压泵3,所述压力传感器7、补偿增压泵和变频水泵9分别通过导线6与电控装置5相连。
