在医院肛肠科诊疗过程中，手术配合挂线疗法是高位肛瘘最为有效的治疗方法之一。该方法利用橡皮筋的切割作用达到慢性切割肌肉，防止一次性切开导致肛门失禁的目的。但是，目前临床上使用的挂线多是头绳、避孕套、橡胶手套后面的皮筋，不仅结构、质地等非常不规范，而且使用也不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足提供一种高位肛瘘挂线，该肛瘘挂线具有结构简单、使用方便、弹性适中等特点。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种高位肛瘘挂线，其特点是，该挂线为直径2-4mm的医用橡胶绳，橡胶绳的两端分别设置若干卡位凸台。
优选地，在橡胶绳的两端分别设置有1-3个卡位凸台
本实用新型的高位肛瘘挂线和现有技术相比，具有以下突出的有益效果：
(1)以直径为2-4mm的医用橡胶绳为挂线主体结构，其直径、拉力、
弹力指数及对肌肉的包绕情况均在最大程度上满足了手术要求，
术后效果更好；
(2)在挂线两端设置卡位凸台，可以有效地防止挂线滑脱，使用更加
安全可靠。

参照说明书附图对本实用新型的高位肛瘘挂线作以下详细地说明。
本实用新型的高位肛瘘挂线，其主体为直径3mm的医用橡胶绳2，橡胶绳的两端分别有3个卡位凸台1。
其中，医用橡胶绳1的弹性系数为850，单根拉力1公斤。
使用时，将橡胶绳用7号丝线系在有凸台的一端，另一端系在探针上自瘘管中穿出，根据瘘管跨过括约肌的多少系紧橡胶绳两端凸台，手术完毕。
除说明书所述的技术特征外，均为本专业技术人员的已知技术。
