背景技术：
目前的一次性医用复合无纺布有共挤流通与无纺布帖合膜，它是采用聚乙烯或聚丙烯与无纺布热压粘合而成。这种材料生产的无纺布是一种工业用布，用来作医用吸收垫、病床床单或敷料布时，不但成本高，而且因带有静电和异味，而且不吸水，不适合医用。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种成本低、不带静电、无异味、柔软、吸水性能好的热轧复合亲水无纺布。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是以如下方式完成的，它包括有热轧无纺布层，其特征在于：在热轧无纺布层上热压复合有一层流延膜。因为热轧无纺布层具有吸水性能好的特点，所以本实用新型具有：成本低、无静电，柔软、吸水性好，不刺激皮肤，特别适合医院用来做一次性敷料布和一次性床单使用。

具体实施方式：
本实用新型采用吸水性好而柔软的热轧无纺布层2做基质，在热轧无纺布层的表面上热压复合有一层流延膜1。本实用新型的具体工艺步骤是，在市场上先购置流延膜和用复合纤维制成的热轧无纺布，然后用130-160℃的加热辊将流延膜与热轧无纺布压合成一体。该产品不但大大降低了成本，而且达到无静电、不刺激皮肤和吸水性好的的特点。特别适合医院用来做一次性敷料布和一次性床单使用。
