背景技术
植物生长需要合适的温度,温差不易过大。保温幕已经成为了为生产无公害新鲜蔬菜、花卉或反季节农产品的重要技术设施,在大量使用保温幕的同时,我们也应该注意到保温幕中大量的使用了不可降解或难以降解的材料,在保温幕废弃后难以有效处理,容易造成环境污染,而且保温幕都是由可燃材料制成的在发生火灾时会迅速引燃,蔓延很大的面积,烧毁温室,伤害到温室内的工作人员和种植的农作物,造成巨大的损失。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种环保可降解阻燃保温幕,在发生火灾时可以有效防止火势的蔓延,同时在废弃后不会造成环境污染。
实现本实用新型目的所采用的技术方案是:一种环保可降解阻燃保温幕,包含由编织线编织而成的幕框架,在幕框架中并排地镶嵌可降解膜条组成幕体,编织线和可降解膜条的表面具有阻燃层。
具体的,可降解膜条为聚乙烯醇透明膜条。
本实用新型的有益效果是:镶嵌在幕布中的可降解膜条确保了幕布的高节能性,编织结构使充足的水汽透过,防止幕下部结露,还可以使遮阳幕极易折叠,聚乙烯醇可降解膜条无毒、无污染,可完全生物降解为C0和H2O可彻底消除塑料包装薄膜对人类环境和土地的污染和破坏。在废弃后可以自然降解,不会造成环境污染,编织线和可降解膜条表面的阻燃层可以有效阻止火势的蔓延。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示的一种环保可降解阻燃保温幕,包含由编织线编织而成的幕框架1,在幕框架1中并排地镶嵌可降解膜条2组成幕体,编织线和可降解膜条在编织前使用Herst International Group生产的阻燃整理剂进行整理,使它们的表面具有一层阻燃层3,阻燃整理剂选用SAF8078,整理工艺采用涂层工艺。可降解膜条为聚乙烯醇透明膜条。

1.一种环保可降解阻燃保温幕,包含由编织线编织而成的幕框架(1),其特征是:在所述的幕框架(1)中并排地镶嵌可降解膜条(2)组成幕体,编织线和可降解膜条的表面具有阻燃层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保可降解阻燃保温幕,其特征是:所述的可降解膜条(2)为聚乙烯醇透明膜条。
