背景技术
牙科托盘(通称牙托)是口腔牙科对患者缺失牙进行修复,对患者牙列紊乱、颌关系畸形进行正畸矫正治疗必不可少的最常用的口腔医疗器具。其功能是使医生方便而保障从病人口腔中取出准确的模型,为制作良好的各类义齿或矫正器及各类牙齿修复体而奠定良好的基础。而现有的牙托均为反复交叉使用,容易造成病症的交叉感染和扩散传播。并且由于现有牙托均由金属材料制成,长期在口腔中反复使用易于出现锈蚀。若在低温季节使用时,牙托本身的温度较低,进入口腔后容易对过敏性哮喘,牙本质过敏症、牙髓炎等产生有害的刺激,引起疾病的复发。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的旨在克服背景技术不足,而推出一种不会发生交叉感染、不易锈蚀、使印模从口腔取出时不易变形、印模准确好的一次性牙科托盘。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一次性牙科托盘,由牙托与手柄构成,在牙托的凹槽底部及腭板上设有固形孔,所说的牙托是指全口上、下牙托,前、后牙托及散牙托,所说固形孔的数量为2-15个。
本实用新型采用无毒塑料制成的牙托即使在寒冷的季节使用,也不会对患者有过敏性哮喘、牙本质过敏、牙髓炎的病人造成不适感觉或刺激,可避免旧病复发。且成本较低、制作容易,使用时不用消毒,用后即弃,则不会造成医源性交叉感染或疾病的扩散传播。

具体实施方式
在用无毒塑料如ABS、聚丙烯材料制成的牙托(1)凹槽(4)的底部设有固形孔(2),其中在全口下牙托的凹槽(4)底部设2-9个固形孔(2);全口上牙托的凹槽(4)底部和腭板(5)上设3-14个固形孔(2);左、右后牙托的凹槽(4)底部各设2-5个固形孔(2);在前牙托的凹槽(4)底部设2-5个固形孔(2);在散牙托上设有3-14个固形孔(2)。以上所述的各种结构的牙托(1)可制成大、中、小以及儿童型的几种规格,以便适应各人的口腔状况。在牙托(1)凹槽(4)的结合力和固形性能,可避免当牙托(1)从口腔取出时印模膏与牙托(1)脱离,变形现象,从而提高印模的准确性。

1.一次性牙科托盘,由牙托(1)与手柄(3)构成,其特征是在牙托(1)的凹槽(4)底部及腭板(5)上设有固形孔(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的牙科托盘,其特征是所说的牙托(1)是指全口上、下牙托,前、后牙托及散牙托,所说固形孔(2)的数量为2~15个。
