现有技术的毛绒面料的绒毛从截面看，均呈现直绒状态，该毛绒面料存在着受压后易倒伏，弹性差，保暖、吸湿性效果差的缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种克服上述缺点的，使绒毛具有抗倒伏弹性好，同时具有保暖、吸湿效果的一种PTT/PET超柔吸湿绒。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：该绒布包含一布片基材，在布片基材上的针织绒层，其特点是：该针织绒层每根绒毛在其总长的1/2-2/3以上呈直线状，在其下的根部制成“S”形状。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的有益效果：因将绒毛布的绒毛制成上直下曲状态，这样既保持了原有绒毛面料布绒面平整性，“S”形状的根部，大大地增强了面料的弹性，受压后绒毛不倒伏，同时，保暖吸湿效果较原有上下均直毛的绒布增加二倍以上。

如图1所示，绒布上面平整，呈现出毛绒状，该绒布包含一布片基材，在布片基材上的针织绒层，该针织绒层的绒毛选用PTT/PET复合全牵伸低弹网络丝，每根绒毛在其总长的2/3以上呈直线状，在其下的根部制成“S”形状。
在制作时，将原有技术的毛绒面料用阿斯特拉机的喷嘴对绒毛根部高温定型，使之成为“S”形状，经刷毛机刷毛，将绒毛上部总长的2/3段仍刷成近似直线形，其下根部总长的1/3段保持“S”状不变。这样得到上直下曲、绒布上面绒毛平整、高弹性、保暖吸湿性好的效果。

1.一种PTT/PET超柔吸湿绒，包含一布片基材，在布片基材上的针织绒层，其特征在于：该针织绒层每根绒毛在其总长的1/2-2/3以上呈直线状，在其下的根部制成“S”形状。
