本实用新型涉及一种塑料温室大棚骨架,尤其是一种双膜温室大棚骨架。
背景技术
目前,普遍使用的塑料温室大棚为单层结构,保温性能较差。在北方寒冷的冬季,为了保持大棚内适当的温度,人们或者消耗大量能源加热,或者早晚在塑料薄膜上加盖棉被或草帘等,白天掀开晒太阳,致使塑料薄膜和草帘等极易受损,既增加消费开支,又浪费人力,给农民带来诸多烦恼。为了能够充分利用日光提高大棚室温,达到冬季节省供暖能源,春秋两季提前或延迟蔬菜上市时间,提高经济效益的目的,出现了由内膜梁和外膜梁构成的双膜温室大棚技术方案。但是,这些技术方案有的成本太高,有的不易施工,因此,难以被推广使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种在保证不损坏棚膜的基础上,可在大棚骨架的内部吊装大棚内膜,安装简便,省时省力,成本低廉的双膜温室大棚骨架。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采取了如下技术方案:
本实用新型双膜温室大棚骨架,包括外膜梁和通过连筋与所述外膜梁相连接的内膜梁,所述内膜梁上设有压膜槽,所述压膜槽内设有用于将内膜卡在压膜槽内的卡簧。
所述压膜槽为两边向内侧对称折弯而形成的半封闭的凹槽。
由于本实用新型为双膜温室大棚骨架,采用带有压膜槽的内膜梁,安装时可将内膜向上嵌在内膜梁的压膜槽内。因此,不仅实现了铺双层膜时能够平整无破损,而且形成内外两层膜,达到了增温和保温的效果,同时确保了安装简便、省时省力、节约能源的有益效果。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,本实用新型双膜温室大棚骨架,包括外膜梁1和通过连筋2与所述外膜梁1相连接的内膜梁3。所述内膜梁3上设有压膜槽7,压膜槽7为两边向内侧对称折弯而形成的半封闭的凹槽。所述压膜槽7内设有用于将内膜6卡在压膜槽7内的卡簧4。
使用时,先将大棚外膜5铺在外膜梁1上,并用压线压紧;然后将内膜6向上嵌在内膜梁3的压膜槽7内,并用卡簧4卡紧,以此实现内膜6的平整无破损吊装。

1.一种双膜温室大棚骨架,包括外膜梁(1)和通过连筋(2)与所述外膜梁(1)相连接的内膜梁(3),其特征在于:所述内膜梁(3)上设有压膜槽(7),所述压膜槽(7)内设有用于将内膜(6)卡在压膜槽(7)内的卡簧(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双膜温室大棚骨架,其特征在于:所述压膜槽(7)为两边向内侧对称折弯而形成的半封闭的凹槽。
