本实用新型涉及一种瓶盖密封垫。
背景技术
目前常用的瓶盖密封垫为橡胶薄垫或塑料泡沫弹性体,其二者只具有单一的密封功能,而瓶内物品的干燥主要依靠在瓶内投放干燥剂来完成,这样物品与干燥剂直接接触容易对物品造成一定的污染,又增加了人力成本,并且消费者容易误食干燥剂,存在不安全因素。最近还出现了将干燥剂装在了瓶盖或瓶底的技术,例如:将袋装硅胶与塑料网体组装在瓶内;将片状干燥剂投放到瓶盖密封垫的凹槽内;瓶盖带有干燥密封罐等等,这些干燥剂设置比较麻烦,使用不便,而且成本较高,尤其将干燥剂放于密封垫的凹槽中,如果瓶盖较小时,密封垫的厚度有限,开设的凹槽容积小,凹槽内放置的干燥剂量少,干燥的效果不理想,因此寻找一种制作简便、成本低、干燥效果好的封存垫技术是发展的趋势。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、制造成本低、干燥效果好的瓶盖干燥密封垫。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种瓶盖干燥密封垫,其主体为密封垫,密封垫下面设有干燥材料层,干燥材料层外覆盖有透气材料层,该透气材料层将干燥材料层固定在密封垫上。
干燥材料层设在密封垫中心。
干燥材料层由上下叠放的吸湿植物纤维片构成。
透气材料层为微孔薄膜或扎孔复合纸。
本实用新型在原有密封垫的下面设有干燥材料层,并通过透气材料层将其固定在密封垫上,干燥材料层可选用吸湿植物纤维片,根据干燥量的要求随意调节干燥片的面积和厚度;透气材料层为可热合的微孔薄膜、扎孔复合纸等材料,该材料层将干燥材料层热合在密封垫上,本实用新型的干燥密封垫既起到密封作用,又有干燥作用,干燥透湿不透水、不透粉尘、不返湿,也避免了物品与干燥剂直接接触或干燥剂被误食。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示,一种瓶盖干燥密封垫,其主体为密封垫1,密封垫1为发泡的塑料泡沫弹性体或橡胶薄片,可做成圆形、方形等形状,密封垫1边缘压装在瓶盖4与瓶体5之间,密封垫1下面中心设有干燥材料层3,干燥材料层3由上下叠放的吸湿植物纤维片构成,根据干燥量确定植物纤维片的厚度,干燥材料层3外覆盖有透气材料层2,该层可由微孔薄膜或扎孔复合纸制成,通过热合方式将干燥材料层3热合固定在密封垫1上。

1.一种瓶盖干燥密封垫,其主体为密封垫,其特征在于,密封垫下面设有干燥材料层,干燥材料层外覆盖有透气材料层,该透气材料层将干燥材料层固定在密封垫上。
2.如权利要求1所述的瓶盖干燥密封垫,其特征在于,干燥材料层设在密封垫中心。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的瓶盖干燥密封垫,其特征在于,干燥材料层由上下叠放的吸湿植物纤维片构成。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的瓶盖干燥密封垫,其特征在于,透气材料层为微孔薄膜或扎孔复合纸。
