有一种用于脑溢血等康复病人的臂力锻炼器，两个滑轮用绳索悬吊在支架的横梁上，拉绳挂在两滑轮的沟槽中，拉绳的两端分别连有拉环，使用时，康复病人两只手分别握住一个拉环，一只手下拉拉环时，另一只手在拉绳作用下跟随上升，上升到一定高度后，反过来在上的手再向下拉拉环，在下的手在拉绳作用下上升，这样双手一上一下循环往复，起到锻炼的作用。但在拉动拉环运动过程中，滑轮会跟随摆动，很容易使拉绳从滑轮沟槽中脱离而影响使用，再次使用需要重新挂结，延误了时间，很多时候还需要他人帮忙挂结，造成不必要的麻烦，也影响了锻炼人员的心情。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种康复病人臂力锻炼器，解决拉绳容易脱落的技术问题。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的：该康复病人臂力锻炼器，支架的横梁连接两个有间距的滑轮，有一拉绳挂在两滑轮的沟槽中，拉绳的两端分别连接拉环，支架横梁上固定一个支撑板，两滑轮通过销轴固定在支撑板上。这样滑轮与支架刚性连接，在使用过程中不会跟随拉绳摆动，拉绳不容易脱落。
在支撑板上设置对应每个滑轮的弹性压绳器，弹性压绳器的两边分别压在滑轮沟槽的上面和外侧面，将拉绳压在滑轮沟槽内，使拉绳与滑轮贴靠更牢固。
弹性压绳器由扭簧和固定在扭簧两直线边上的压轮构成，压轮最好是可转动的，压轮对应滑轮沟槽位置，扭簧通过销轴固定在支撑板上。弹性压绳器也可以由两个摆臂、固定在两摆臂上的压轮和扭簧构成，两摆臂的一端有孔穿入在同一销轴上，销轴固定在支撑板上，扭簧的两弹性边分别压在两摆臂上，效果相同。
该康复病人臂力锻炼器，由于滑轮与支架刚性连接以及弹性压绳器的作用，拉绳不容易从滑轮沟槽内脱落，避免了经常挂拉绳的麻烦，不延误锻炼时间，使用起来大胆放心，方便可靠。
