Abstract

本实用新型特指一种网络线接口,网络线接口的弹片是通过短头主体和弹片底部之间相应的卡位互相卡套配合而卡套于短头主体的上端,弹片的背部为向上拱起的具有弹性的弧形板件,弹片背部的前端活动套入短头主体上端头部的卡位内,本实用新型结构简单,孔龙背结构的弹片与主体是分开的,弹片不容易被其它物体勾住,弹片不易被损坏或破坏,且不容易造成HUB上的母座损坏,网络线接口能够轻松拔出,高频抗干扰能力强,特性优异。

本实用新型涉及高速网络线接口技术领域,特指一种网络线接口。
背景技术:
目前网络速度越来越快,对其速度的要求达到10G左右,对其频宽的要求更宽,一般对c6a的要求达到600mhz以上,对c7的要求更高,一般普通网络线网速难以满足业界需求,而且要求其结构简单,使用者简易操作,目前有许多厂商生产网络线接口速度难以达成业界需求,而且公母头对插后不易拔出,造成卡住等不良状况,给使用者造成相当大困扰,特别是特性及速度问题更是一大困扰,为解决此类问题,我们有研发一种新产品能完全满足上述特性及结构问题。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足提供一种网络线接口,该种网络线接口高频特性好,且在与公母头对插后易于拔出,不易发生卡住等不良状况。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:它包括短头主体、连体胶塞、弹片,连体胶塞卡设于短头主体内;弹片通过其底座卡套于短头主体的上端,弹片的背部为一中间向上弯曲拱起的具有弹性的弧形板件,弹片背部的前端活动套入短头主体上端头部的卡位内。
所述的连体胶塞长度缩短,连体胶塞的长度为3MM。
所述的弹片的结构定位点在短头主体的后部,弹片的前端为活动式。
本实用新型的弹片是通过短头主体和弹片底部之间相应的卡位互相卡套配合而卡套于短头主体的上端,弹片的背部为向上拱起的具有弹性的弧形板件,弹片背部的前端活动套入短头主体上端头部的卡位内,本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、拱形的恐龙背结构的弹片与主体是分开的,弹片可以从短头主体上拆出来,一般网络线接口的短头主体(plug)与弹片是一体的,短头主体(plug)的主要不良问题在于plug插入母座时弹片不会轻易拔出,容易造成HUB上的母座损坏,使整台电脑或hub需重新更换,引起不必要成本的增加,而本实用新型的恐龙背结构的网络线接口完全解决此种不良现象。
2、弹片的背部为向上拱起的具有弹性的弧形板件,该背部呈恐龙背形状,此特殊设计,使弹片不容易被其它物体勾住,弹片不易被损坏或破坏,从而造成短头主体(plug)与HUB上的母座结合无力量支撑,造成公母端子接触不良,从而致使网络线接口传送速度无法达到网速要求。
3、网络线接口能够轻松拔出,拱形的恐龙背结构的弹片在受力位置上与目前的RJ45不同,弹片背部的前端latch活动套入短头主体上端头部的卡位内,其结构定位点设在短头主体的后部,与目前弹片定位在前部的网络线接口不同,其弹片的定位点是在水晶头前面,其后部张开或滑行,而本实用新型的拱形的恐龙背结构的弹片的前端与母座结合处为活动空间,作业时后部支点易形成力臂,比现有一般支点在latch上容易插拔,同时,除弹片背部尾端外,从其它方向对弹片的背部进行施力都可以,只要有力作用在弹片的背部上,利用弹片上latch与母座反作用力,轻松一压可以弹出,一般RJ45plug须压住弹片不放,一直到plug拔出为止,使用人员极不方便。
4、特性优异,结合网络性高频特性问题有针对性对inset/主体作修改,连体胶塞长度缩短,尽量减少加工造成损失,同时,此种设计能够提高网络线接口的高频抗干扰能力,提高其高频特性,目前其特性可以达到EIA/TIAC6A/C7标准。

具体实施方式:
实施例见附图1、2、3、4,它包括短头主体1、连体胶塞2、弹片3,所述的连体胶塞2卡设于短头主体1内,且连体胶塞2长度缩短,连体胶塞2的长度缩短为3MM,此种设计能够提高网络线接口的高频抗干扰能力,提高其高频特性,目前其特性可以达到EIA/TIA C6A/C7标准。
所述的短头主体1上端开设有卡位4,而弹片3的底座5则通过两者上的卡位互相卡套配合而卡套于短头主体1的上端,弹片3与短头主体是分开的,弹片3可以从短头主体1上拆出来。
所述的弹片3的背部6为一中间向上弯曲拱起的且具有弹性的弧形板件,弹片3的背部6近似于恐龙背形状,此种特殊设计,使弹片3不容易被其它物体勾住,因此,弹片3不易被损坏。
所述的弹片3的结构定位点在短头主体1的后部,弹片3的前端7为活动式。
所述的弹片3的背部6的前端7活动套入短头主体1上端头部的卡位8内,弹片3在受力位置上与目前的RJ45不同,其定位点设在短头主体1(plug)的后部,弹片3的前端7(latch)与母座结合处为活动空间,作业时后部支点易形成力臂,比现有一般支点在latch上容易插拔,同时,除弹片3背部6的尾部外,从其它方向对弹片3的背部进行施力都可以,只要有力作用在弹片3上,利用弹片3上latch与母座反作用力,轻松一压可以弹出,

1.一种网络线接口,其特征在于:它包括短头主体(1)、连体胶塞(2)、弹片(3),连体胶塞(2)卡设于短头主体(1)内;弹片(3)通过其底座(5)卡套于短头主体(1)的上端,弹片(3)的背部(6)为一中间向上弯曲拱起的具有弹性的弧形板件,弹片(1)的背部(6)的前端(7)活动套入短头主体(1)上端头部的卡位(8)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种网络线接口,其特征在于:所述的连体胶塞(2)的长度缩短,连体胶塞(2)的长度为3MM。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种网络线接口,其特征在于:所述的弹片(3)的结构定位点在短头主体(1)的后部,弹片(3)的前端(7)为活动式。
