本实用新型涉及一种模块式无功补偿及谐波治理装置,该装置由电容器、电抗器、复合开关整合成单元模块,各单元模块间通过BVR线连接,每个单元模块均设有单独控制的断路器。该装置将电力器件整合成单元模块形式,结构紧凑,装置扩容空间大,单柜容量较传统的固定式安装增加至少一倍,可随时增加模块进行扩容,维修保养、升级改选便捷安全。检修方便,单独断路器模块,可单独对独立模块操作。每个单元模块设有独立控制的断路器,可实现不对整个设备停电,只进行某一单元模块的检修即可。

本实用新型涉及一种无功补偿及谐波治理装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,无功补偿装置被广泛使用在很多行业中。通常无功补偿装置内部各主要元器件采用分散式安装在电控柜内,包括各支路分断开关、电容投切开关、电容器、电抗器等,该方式电容器装置单柜安装容量小,且在运行维护期的维修拆卸安装复杂、带电维修危险性大、长时间停电无功罚款大、装置容量扩展空间小且复杂。而且现有技术中无功补偿装置设置总断路器,设备检修时需要对设备统一停电,无法单独检修单元器件。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种模块式无功补偿及谐波治理装置,该装置将电容器、电抗器及控制开关整合成单元模块形式,结构紧凑,装置扩容空间大,而且每个单元模块设有独立控制的断路器,可实现不对整个设备停电,只进行某一单元模块的检修即可。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种模块式无功补偿及谐波治理装置,其特征在于:该装置由电容器、电抗器、复合开关整合成单元模块,各单元模块间通过BVR线连接,每个单元模块均设有单独控制的断路器。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、该模块式结构可根据需要组合出各种容量和级数,可与国内外各种柜型轻松配套。
2、接口简单,一个模块自成一个独立的系统,对外提供电网接口和控制接口。模块内部已成熟设计并组装完毕检验合格,安装方便。
3、结构紧凑,单柜容量较传统的固定式安装增加至少一倍。
4、扩展自如,因是单元结构,可随时增加模块进行扩容,维修保养、升级改选便捷安全。
5、检修方便,单独断路器模块,可单独对独立模块操作。

具体实施方式
见图1、图2,一种模块式无功补偿及谐波治理装置,该装置由电容器4、电抗器5、复合开关8整合成单元模块,各单元模块间通过BVR线连接,可根据需要增加模块进行扩容。每个单元模块均设有单独控制的小型断路器9,可单独对独立模块操作,不影响整体设备运行。装置还设有总断路器7和绝缘子6。见图3,在电控柜柜体外部设有控制器1、电流表2、电压表3。
