Abstract

一种多功能环保型一步法硅烷交联电力电缆,它包括绝缘线芯,其特征在于:在该绝缘线芯外围依次包裹包带、内衬层、防鼠铠装层及包裹在最外层的环保型护套。本实用新型的多功能环保型一步法硅烷交联电力电缆由于采用的内衬层的氧指数≥40,通过A类燃烧试验,同时还具备防水性能。采用的护套料氧指数≥35,燃烧释放气体的腐蚀性指标:pH值≥4.3电导率≤10μS/mm。耐日光老化指标:1008h后抗张强度、断裂伸长率变化率均在-25%~+25%之间。同时该外护套还具有良好的机械物理性能,满足电缆机械性能的要求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种输电电缆,特别是涉及一种多功能环保型一步法硅烷交联电力电缆。
现有技术
随着社会的不断进步与发展,环保型产品逐渐地被人们认可并授。目前,在国内市场上使用的电缆电线,其绝缘、护套材料主要是聚氯乙烯和聚乙烯材料,这种采用传统的聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯工艺生产的电线电缆短路时易发生火灾,燃烧时烟气密度大,并可产生大量有害卤素气体,直接危害用户的身心健康和财产安全。而且随着2008年北京申奥成功,中国政府已提出了“绿色”奥运的目标,北京市政府向国际奥委会承诺2008年北京奥运村将全部采用环保型的材料,非环保型电线电缆将不能进入奥运建设项目。机车车辆、船舶、地铁、大型娱乐场所等重要场合也将越来越多地使用环保型电线电缆。此外,一些与我们密切接触的物品,例如:儿童电动玩具、家用电器(电冰箱)等也应采用环保型电线电缆。据悉,一些重要工程还明确指出采用防鼠、防白蚁、防水、防紫外线电缆,以降低由于电缆事故所造成的损失。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够克服现有技术的缺陷的多功能环保型一步法硅烷交联电力电缆。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种多功能环保型一步法硅烷交联电力电缆,它包括绝缘线芯,其特征在于:在该绝缘线芯外围依次包裹包带(4)、内衬层(5)、防鼠铠装层(6)及包裹在最外层的环保型护套(7)。
上述的绝缘线芯的数目为3个或5个或多个,并由多个绝缘线芯绞合而成,在各绝缘线芯之间的空隙处填充有填充物(3),每个绝缘线芯包括导体(1)以及包裹在该导体(1)外围的绝缘层(2)。
本实用新型的一种多功能环保型一步法硅烷交联电力电缆由于采用的内衬层的氧指数≥40,电缆燃烧时,内衬层可以炭化成壳,形成一道阻燃屏障,将电缆内部的易燃物(XLPE)与外界隔离开;在燃烧时又能够分解释放出水蒸气,起到降温的作用。因此,电缆能够通过A类燃烧试验,这种高阻燃内衬层起着关键性的作用,同时还具备防水性能。采用的护套料氧指数≥35,燃烧释放气体的腐蚀性指标:pH值≥4.3电导率≤10μS/mm。耐日光老化指标:1008h后抗张强度、断裂伸长率变化率均在-25%~+25%之间。同时该外护套还具有良好的机械物理性能,满足电缆机械性能的要求。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
请参阅图1:一种多功能环保型一步法硅烷交联电力电缆,它包括绝缘线芯,其特征在于:在该绝缘线芯外围依次包裹包带4、内衬层5、防鼠铠装层6及包裹在最外层的环保型护套7。
上述的绝缘线芯的数目为3个或5个或多个,并由多个绝缘线芯绞合而成,在各绝缘线芯之间的空隙处填充有填充物3,每个绝缘线芯包括导体1以及包裹在该导体1外围的绝缘层2。
本实用新型的电缆的导体的结构和尺寸符合国家标准GB/T3956。绝缘在一步法硅烷交联挤出机上进行。绝缘厚度符合GB/T12706-2002相应的规定。多芯电缆的填充材料选用环保型阻燃填充,包带采用低烟无卤阻燃带重叠绕包,重叠率不小于15%。高阻燃内衬层:内衬层为低烟低卤阻燃型的,其厚度符合GB2952的规定。该结构层既隔绝氧气又起衬垫和防水的作用。防鼠铠装层选用材质坚硬的金属带(单芯电缆选用非磁性材料),厚度约0.12mm,重叠绕包,重叠率不小于15%。外护套采用环保型低烟无卤阻燃防鼠防白蚁防紫外线类护套料,其厚度符合GB2952的规定。这种护套不仅具有良好的机械性能,而且还具有优良的环保阻燃性能。起到既保护电缆内部部件,又能够环保阻燃的双重效果。

1.一种多功能环保型一步法硅烷交联电力电缆,它包括绝缘线芯,其特征在于:在该绝缘线芯外围依次包裹包带(4)、内衬层(5)、防鼠铠装层(6)及包裹在最外层的环保型护套(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能环保型一步法硅烷交联电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘线芯的数目为3个或5个或多个,并由多个绝缘线芯绞合而成,在各绝缘线芯之间的空隙处填充有填充物(3),每个绝缘线芯包括导体(1)以及包裹在该导体(1)外围的绝缘层(2)。
