背景技术
现在人们使用的存折都是在存折尾页带有一条磁条的存折，这条磁条的作用是在磁条上记录了储户的一些信息，这样银行的工作人员在储户进行存取款操作时只要将存折在刷卡器上一刷，就能进行存取款操作了，大大节省了时间和手续。但是现今的存折上只有一条磁条，这条磁条一旦被损坏或被消磁，在进行存取款操作中银行的电脑就会读不出储户的信息，造成存取款操作失败，而且旧存折从此不能使用了，只能重新办理一张新存折，给储户和银行造成很大的麻烦，使存折的使用寿命大大降低。
