本实用新型涉及一种供热用的真空集热管,主要用于太阳能热水器。
背景技术
目前太阳能热水器等供热产品所使用的真空集热管的吸热膜的涂覆于内玻璃管的外表面,其吸热面积小,热效率低。为尽量增大吸热面积,往往采用增加内玻璃管直径的办法,但又带来被加热的介质(水)体积增加,升温速度慢,不能适用快速取用的情况。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种热效率高,取用方便的真空集热管。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:它包括内玻璃管和外玻璃管,内、外玻璃管之间为真空状态,外玻璃管的内表面涂覆吸热膜。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
1、吸热面积大,热效率高;
2、可适当减小内管直径,适合快速取用热水(介质)。
