本实用新型涉及一种加热装置，特别是一种适用于快热水龙头或热水器等电器产品的加热装置，该加热装置能够有效防止因水流产生的气泡附着于加热丝上而引起加热丝烧断的现象。
背景技术
水龙头是一种人们广泛应用的水暖器材，一般人们只将它作为管道阀门，不具备调节水温的功能，如果人们需要使用热水，往往通过热水器等供应热水，这样不仅增加了用水成本，而且在水加热期间等待一段时间，十分不方便，尤其是人们只需要临时使用少许的热水时，也需要去开启热水器，十分的不便，为此，专利号为CN01203359.6的中国实用新型专利《一种带电热水装置的冷热水龙头》提供了一种带电热水装置的冷热水龙头，其结构主要包含有进水管、出水口、阀芯及控制手柄，其特征在于在水龙头的进水管上设置有电加热装置，保证能够随时提供热水，解决了以往的水龙头只能提供冷水、不能提供热水的缺点。
虽然这种结构很好的解决了冷、热水分开，但是其采用电热管结构，不仅热效率低，而且加热速度慢，因此需要进一步改进其结构。所以人们采用裸丝加热结构，很好的提高了热效率及加热速度。但是，这种结构在加热时电热丝表面易产生气泡而烧断电热丝，使用寿命大大降低。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种防止气泡产生，而且安全性能好的防气泡加热装置。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：该种防气泡加热装置，包括有若干个相互连通的上行段水路和下行段水路，其特征在于：加热丝套置在上行段水路中。
所述加热丝为裸丝加热元件，两端头通过两个金属接线柱连接，能够使得加热丝通过该金属接线柱与外部电路连通后导电。
为了防止漏水，所述金属接线柱上还套有密封圈。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于由于加热丝仅设置在上行段水路中，而产生的气泡又容易上浮，因此会随着上行段水路一起往上跑，从而不会驻留在加热丝上，能够有效防止加热丝表面因附着气泡而导致加热丝烧断的现象，安全性能好，从而使得加热丝的使用寿命更长，因此可以将这种防气泡加热装置应用到各种电器产品的加热体当中，应用十分广泛。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1和图2所示，为一种应用有防气泡加热装置的热水器加热体，其包括有上盖1、加热体2和下盖3，为了保证整体水路的畅通以及良好的密封性能，所述上盖1和加热体2之间、加热体2和下盖3之间分别隔有封水圈4、5。
所述的加热体2呈扁平状，在加热体2内间隔开有二十个相互连通的腔体21，根据图2所示的进水口方向(In)和出水口方向(Out)，在奇数腔体内形成上行段水路(图中用箭头“↑”所示)，而在偶数腔体内则形成下行段水路(图中未标示)，加热丝6就安装于位于中间腔体位置的上行段水路21a、21b、21c、21d中；在加热丝6的一侧有七个腔体直接通水，加热丝的另一侧有六个腔体直接通水，这样就形成了双水电阻，使得进水口处和出水口处水中的漏电流大大降低，以符合人体所能承受的限度，十分安全；为了提高热效率，所述加热丝6为裸丝加热元件，两端头通过两个金属接线柱7连接，为防止漏水，在金属接线柱7上还套有密封圈8。

1.一种防气泡加热装置，包括有若干个相互连通的上行段水路和下行段水路，以及设置在所述水路中的加热丝(6)，其特征在于：加热丝(6)仅仅设置在上行段水路中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防气泡加热装置，其特征在于：所述加热丝(6)为裸丝加热元件，两端头通过两个金属接线柱(7)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防气泡加热装置，其特征在于：所述金属接线柱(7)上还套有密封圈(8)。
