在有一定规模的食堂里大都使用蒸饭机,目前使用的蒸饭机大都是由锅炉提供蒸汽,锅炉产生的蒸汽通过输出管送到蒸饭机蒸饭,这种结构的蒸饭机热效率不高,能耗高,且由于锅炉是压力容器,安装时及以后每年均要进行安全检测,还要请专职的司炉工操作,因此其购置成本、安装成本及运行成本均相当高。目前有一种直燃蒸饭机,在直燃蒸饭机底部设有蒸发器,但蒸发器的传热效率低,升温慢。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种蒸饭机内直接产生蒸汽且热效率高、传热高的超导热管外置式超导直燃蒸饭机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一种超导热管外置式超导直燃蒸饭机,包括蒸饭机本体,在所述的蒸饭机本体的底部设有蒸发水腔,在所述的蒸饭机本体外侧设有与热源直接接触的受热腔,在所述的蒸饭机本体侧壁上倾斜设有至少一根超导热管,所述的超导热管上端延伸到所述的蒸发水腔内,下端延伸到所述的受热腔内,所述的超导热管抽为真空且装有一定量的超导工质。
采用上述技术方案的超导直燃蒸饭机,蒸饭机所需要的蒸汽由蒸饭机本体底部的蒸发水腔产生,热源直接对超导热管的受热腔加热,由于超导热管为真空且装有一定量的超导工质,由于超导工质的存在,热量从超导热管底部传导到超导热管上部到达蒸发水腔,温差很小,传温过程接近等温,超导热管内超导工质的相变,依靠潜热来传递热量,超导工质传热能量大,传热效率高,能即刻把高温热源的热量输送到低温区域,使低温区域的蒸发水腔的温度升高,让热量第二次做功,以节约大量的能源,热效率更高,传热更快,能快速吸收和迅速产生高温蒸汽。蒸发水腔设有液位控制装置,便于蒸发水腔控制液位,不会干烧。
本实用新型不但热效率提高且传热速度快,是一种蒸饭机内直接产生蒸汽的超导热管外置式超导直燃蒸饭机,是各类型食堂理想的厨具。

参见附图,在蒸饭机本体1的底部设有与蒸饭机内腔3相通的蒸发水腔7,在蒸饭机本体1外侧设有与热源8直接接触的受热腔4,在蒸饭机本体1侧壁上倾斜设有多根超导热管2,超导热管2上端延伸到蒸发水腔7内,下端延伸到受热腔4内,超导热管2抽为真空且装有一定量的超导工质5,蒸发水腔7设有液位控制装置6。
参见附图,蒸饭机所需要的蒸汽由蒸饭机本体1底部的蒸发水腔7产生,热源8直接对超导热管2的受热腔4加热,由于超导热管2抽为真空且装有一定量的超导工质5,超导热管2便于热传导,由于超导工质5的存在,热量从超导热管2底部传导到超导热管2上部到达蒸发水腔7,温差很小,传温过程接近等温,超导热管2内超导工质5的相变,依靠潜热来传递热量,超导工质传热能量大,传热效率高,能即刻把高温热源的热量输送到低温区域,使低温区域的蒸发水腔的温度升高,让热量第二次做功,以节约大量的能源,热效率更高,传热更快,能快速吸收和迅速产生高温蒸汽。蒸发水腔7设有液位控制装置6,便于蒸发水腔控制液位,不会干烧。
超导工质5由多种无机活性金属及其化合物混合而成,具有超常的热活性和热敏感性,遇热而吸,遇冷而放,这种超导工质在一定温度下被激活,并以分子震荡形式来传递热量,它超强导热性能使其导热系数是一般金属的一万倍,是水热管的十倍左右,在传导方向上几乎没有温度的衰减并能以极快的速度传递,采用密封容器抽为真空且装有一定量的超导工质传热,传热系数高,其导热系数是金属材料的5000-10000倍,是水热管的10倍左右;传递热量大,是金属良好导体的近千倍;等温性能好,2米长的超导密封容器,密封容器内蒸汽温度差不超过5℃;适应范围广,适用温度为60-1000℃,而一般液体工质如水,只能用于100-350℃;安全可靠,不存在密封容器内超压的问题,不怕干烧,超导工质汽化后,随着温度升高饱和蒸汽压也高,而密封容器的内压几乎不随温度的变化而变化;节省钢材,优化传热,只考虑传热性能、耐腐蚀和稳定性即可;可消除导热死角,安装方便,不受安装位置限制,由于不考虑内压,形状具有更大的灵活性,只要便于导热即可。

1.一种超导热管外置式超导直燃蒸饭机,包括蒸饭机本体,在所述的蒸饭机本体(1)的底部设有蒸发水腔(7),其特征是:在所述的蒸饭机本体(1)外侧设有与热源直接接触的受热腔(4),在所述的蒸饭机本体(1)侧壁上倾斜设有至少一根超导热管(2),所述的超导热管上端延伸到所述的蒸发水腔(7)内,下端延伸到所述的受热腔(4)内,所述的超导热管(2)抽为真空且装有一定量的超导工质(5)。
