Abstract

一种弹性挂齿包装盒，由内盒和外盒组合而成，外盒的内壁设有若干弹性倒挂齿，内盒的外壁开有与外盒的弹性倒挂齿相对应且相配合的凹槽，外盒设有由断续针孔组成的撕开线和拉线，封装时先将要封装的物品置于内盒中，再将内盒插入外盒中，内盒的外壁开的凹槽与外盒的弹性倒挂齿相啮合，封装之后形成一个整体，开启时，提拉拉线，盒体沿撕开线断开，外盒被撕毁，不能重复使用，达到防伪的目的。

背景技术：
目前市面用于包装产品如包装酒类、饮品类等的包装盒主要有两种结构，第一种是底盖为一独立盖，封装时，在包装盒的盒体底部周边涂覆胶水，被包装物置入包装盒内后，将底盖压在盒体底面上使二者粘结起来，以实现封装；另一种包装盒的底盖直接连接在盒体上，底盖由若干块构成，封装时，所述若干块底盖相互交叉对结，其由上盖、盒体、底盖组成，其上盖和上侧盖与盒体连接，底盖与盒体连接，封装时底盖相互对接。这两种封装方式均使底盖中部受力过大，易于造成底盖变形或破坏。而且第一种结构的底盖因集中受力而易于脱胶。为避免底盖局部受力，有些厂商在包装时用封口钉或封口胶进一步固定，但成本增加，且影响美观。前述几种包装盒结构封装时操作繁琐，封装效率较低。特别是产量大时，工人专业化程度低操作难度大，易将胶水涂刷盒外，污染表面，极大地损害了产品的外观形象。另外，前述包装盒可回收利用，不法分子可再次利用该包装盒包装假冒伪劣产品。
发明内容：
为了解决现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供了一种弹性挂齿包装盒，由内盒和外盒组合而成，其特征在于：外盒的内壁设有若干弹性倒挂齿，内盒的外壁开有与外盒的弹性倒挂齿相对应且相配合的凹槽。
所述的弹性挂齿包装盒，其特征在于：外盒设有由断续针孔组成的撕开线和拉线。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：本实用新型提供的弹性挂齿包装盒，封装容易，只需将内盒插入外盒之中即可，另外就是具备防伪功能，该包装盒有外盒设有由断续针孔组成的撕开线和拉线，打开时，提拉拉线，盒体沿撕开线断开，盒体不能再重复使用。

如图所示：一种弹性挂齿包装盒由内盒2和外盒1组合而成，外盒1的内壁设有若干弹性倒挂齿3，内盒2的外壁开有与外盒1的弹性倒挂齿3相对应且相配合的凹槽4。这种弹性挂齿包装盒，外盒1设有由断续针孔组成的撕开线5和拉线6，封装时先将要封装的物品置于内盒2中，再将内盒2插入外盒1中，内盒2的外壁开的凹槽4与外盒1的弹性倒挂齿3相啮合，封装之后形成一个整体，开启时，提拉拉线6，盒体沿由断续针孔组成的撕开线5断开，外盒1被撕毁，不能重复使用，达到防伪的目的。

1.一种弹性挂齿包装盒，由内盒和外盒组合而成，其特征在于：外盒的内壁设有若干弹性倒挂齿，内盒的外壁开有与外盒的弹性倒挂齿相对应且相配合的凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的弹性挂齿包装盒，其特征在于：外盒设有由断续针孔组成的撕开线和拉线。
