本实用新型涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体的来说涉及一种输液排气阀。
背景技术
医用输液器,一般用于给患者静脉注射用。一般使用时,输液瓶高置,输液器一端插入输液瓶中,另一端插入患者体内静脉,将药液注入患者体内的静脉循环。输液开始时,输液器管中除液体之外往往含有气体,在输液时,有时输液器内空气未排尽,有时在静脉输液前,需要静脉推射药液,推射完毕需要将输液器接回输液管,此时输液管内会混有空气;或者静脉输液前需要静脉抽血,抽血完毕,输液器接回输液管,也会混有空气;气体注入患者静脉内是非常有害的,对健康十分不利。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于,克服现有输液器中易混入气体的缺点,提供一种输液排气阀。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型的技术方案是这样的:
一种输液排气阀,包括阀体,设置在阀体上连接输液器管路的上下接口,以及设置在阀体上排出输液器内气体的出气口,其特征在于,所述阀体内具有阀心,所述阀心内具有三个互相导通的径向通道,所述阀心还具有与三个径向通道相通的轴向通道,所述轴向通道在排气状态下连通出气口,所述阀心一端固定连接一阀心旋钮。
所述三向导通的径向通道,其中两向为输液通道,且成直线布置,另一向通道为排气通道,且排气通道垂直两向输液通道,三向通道在交接处与轴向通道导通。
所述阀心在出气口处具有连接轴向通道与出气口的连接通道,所述连接通道与排气通道在阀心截面上的投影为直线。
有益效果,本实用新型可以有效的避免输液过程中产生的气泡,保证了输液过程中患者的输液安全,结构简单,安装方便,使用便捷。

参看图1-图4,一种输液排气阀,包括阀体1,所述阀体1上具有连接输液器管路的上下接口2、3,所述阀体1上还具有排出输液器内气体的出气口4,所述阀体1内具有阀心6,所述阀体1的一端固定连接一阀心旋钮5,所述阀心6内具有三个互相导通的径向通道,所述阀心6还具有与三个径向通道相通的轴向通道61,所述三向导通的径向通道62、63、64,其中两向为输液通道62、63,且成直线布置,另一向通道为排气通道64,且排气通道64垂直两向输液通道62、63,三向通道在交接处与轴向通道61导通,所述轴向通道61在排气状态下连通出气口4。
所述阀心6在出气口4处具有连接轴向通道61与出气口4的连接通道65,所述连接通道65与排气通道64在阀心6截面上的投影为直线。
参看图5,当输液进行时,输液通道62、63与输液管路的上下接口2、3连通,液体顺畅的从阀体内流过,排气通道64被阀体堵住无法连接输液管路,此时与轴向通道61连接的连接通道65被阀体堵住,无法连接出气口4。
参看图6,当输液器排气时,将旋钮旋转90度,此时排气通道64连通输液管路的上接口此时与轴向通道61连接的连接通道65连接出气口4,气体由排气通道64进入轴向通道61,再经连接通道65由出气口4排出,此时输液通道62、63被阀体堵住无法连接输液管路。当排气完毕时,将旋钮回旋转90度即恢复输液。
本实用新型可以有效的避免输液过程中产生的气泡,保证了输液过程中患者的输液安全,结构简单,安装方便,使用便捷。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种输液排气阀,其特征在于,所述三向导通的径向通道,其中两向为输液通道,且成直线布置,另一向通道为排气通道,且排气通道垂直两向输液通道,三向通道在交接处与轴向通道导通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种输液排气阀,其特征在于,所述阀心在出气口处具有连接轴向通道与出气口的连接通道,所述连接通道与排气通道在阀心截面上的投影为直线。
