背景技术
目前,人们普遍使用的电加热装置大多是采用电阻丝发热,利用绝缘材料进行隔离,也有用陶瓷石英管,这些装置都存在一些弊端:使用寿命短,安全性差,容易造成漏电。中国专利99113534.2氮化硅发热体及其制造方法弥补了这项空白这种氮化硅发热体,解决了使用寿命短,安全性差的主要问题。氮化硅发热体表面平滑,有热量产生,氮化硅发热体在容器内进行热交换时有一定压力,因此氮化硅在热交换时密封性较差。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,安全可靠密封性好的精陶加热装置。
本实用新型的技术方案概述如下:
本实用新型是在距离陶瓷氮化硅加热体的加热处一定距离的地方设有一连接盖板和压板,并在连接盖板和压板之间的陶瓷氮化硅加热体上安装密封圈,且连接盖板和压板之间由螺丝连接固定。具体到加热体是由钨丝、以及钨丝外包裹的陶瓷氮化硅、极板和连接钨丝与极板的导线组成。那么好的密封性能是如何实现的呢?因为陶瓷氮化硅表面平滑,密封圈在容器内的压力和螺钉连接固定连接盖板和压板力的双重作用下,使密封圈与平滑的陶瓷氮化硅表面形成了真空密封,达到密封最优化。另外为了防止密封圈在压力作用下有滑动的现象,在连接盖板与压板之间所设置的密封圈处设有于密封圈大小相同的挖槽,以使密封性能更为安全可靠。

如图1及图2所示,本实用新型由陶瓷氮化硅加热体(6),连接盖板(3),压板(4)、密封圈(1)和挖槽(2)组成,陶瓷氮化硅加热体(6)是由钨丝(8),钨丝(8)外包裹陶瓷氮化硅(7),极板(10)连接钨丝(8)与极板(10)的导线(9)组成,在陶瓷氮化硅加热体(6)处一定距离的地方设置连接盖板(3)和压板(4),在连接盖板(3)和压板(4)之间的陶瓷氮化硅加热体上设置密封圈(1),连接盖板(3)和压板(4)之间由螺钉(5)连接固定。

1.一种精陶加热装置,其特征是在陶瓷氮化硅加热体上距离陶瓷氮化硅加热体处一定距离的地方设置连接盖板和压板,连接盖板和压板之间由螺钉连接固定,并在连接盖板和压板之间的陶瓷氮化硅加热体上设置密封圈,其中陶瓷氮化硅加热体是由钨丝,钨丝外包裹陶瓷氮化硅,极板和连接钨丝与极板的导线组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的精陶加热装置,其特征是连接盖板和压板之间的陶瓷氮化硅上设置密封圈处,在连接盖板和压板上还设有与密封圈大小相同的挖槽。
