技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种信号传输电缆,尤其是用于铁路信号传输的具有铜包铝导体的点式应答器数据传输电缆。
背景技术
现有用于铁路信号传输的点式应答器数据传输电缆,缆芯内的导体为纯铜导体,由于铜比铝比重大、价格高,固而采用纯铜导体的点式应答器数据传输电缆重量重、成本高,给敷设施工也带来不便。
发明内容
为了克服现有点式应答器数据传输电缆的不足,本实用新型提供一种具有铜包铝导体的点式应答器数据传输电缆,以铜包铝导体代替纯铜导体,可以减轻电缆的重量,降低成本,方便施工。
本实用新型提供的具有铜包铝导体的点式应答器数据传输电缆包括缆芯及依次包覆在缆芯外的综合护层、铠装层、外护套,缆芯内具有外包绝缘层的导体,导体为铜层包铝芯结构。
为了增强本实用新型的屏蔽性能,在缆芯内设有泄流导线。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于缆芯内的导体为铜层包铝芯结构,当电信号通过导体传输时因集肤效应现象的存在,基本上通过导体表面传输,因此,这种铜层包铝芯结构的导体传输信号时基本上通过外包的铜层实现,与纯铜导体传输信号的效果基本相同。由于铝的比重小于铜、价格低于铜,故本实用新型采用铜层包铝芯导体在不影响信号传输效果的情况下具有重量轻(为纯铜导体的40%)、成本低(为纯铜导体的60%)的优点,而且敷设施工方便。本实用新型的屏蔽性能和抗拉、抗折弯强度也较好。

具体实施方式
在图1中,本实用新型的导体(2)是这样制成的:用氩弧焊将铜带均匀地包覆在铝芯线上形成铜包铝芯线坯,通过拉拔和热处理形成铜层(4)包铝芯(3)的导体(2),铜层(4)与铝芯(3)的体积比掌握在15%。制成导体(2)后在其外表面包覆绝缘层(1)制成绝缘单线,将数根绝缘单线绞合并与泄流导线(7)一起制成缆芯(5)再包覆由铝塑复合带和聚乙烯护套料构成的综合护层(6),然后采用镀锌钢带包覆铠装层(7),最后采用聚乙烯护套料包覆外护套,即制成本实用新型。

1.一种具有铜包铝导体的点式应答器数据传输电缆,包括缆芯及依次包覆在缆芯外的综合护层、铠装层、外护套,缆芯内具有外包绝缘层的导体,其特征在于导体为铜层包铝芯结构。
2.按权利要求1所述的具有铜包铝导体的点式应答器数据传输电缆,其特征在于缆芯内设有泄流导线。
