技术背景:毫秒导爆管雷管延期体是毫秒导爆管雷管中控制延期时间的主要零部件,现有毫秒导爆管雷管延期体是由一段铅管和装在铅管内的延期药构成,装配是采用直接压入雷管中的方式。这种结构的毫秒导爆管雷管延期体在使用中存在的不足有:1、装配时需要对其进行卡腰;2、易造成串段和瞬发,这主要是在引火时发生走火现象造成;串段和瞬发使得雷管延时或提前引爆,给安全生产带来极大的危险。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于,针对现有毫秒导爆管雷管延期体存在易串段和瞬发情况,会给生产带来极大危险的弊湍,而提出一种可避免串段和瞬发情况并且安装时不需卡腰的毫秒导爆管雷管延期体。
通过下述技术方案可实现本实用新型的目的,一种毫秒导爆管雷管延期体,包括铅管和装在铅管内的延期药,其特征在于,在铅管外还套有一根金属管,金属管一端封闭,封闭的端面设有小孔。
铝管金属管的内直径与铅管外直径相同,铅管卡紧在铝管内。
金属管内轴向设置10-15mm的消爆空间。
本实用新型的效果在于:1、安全性好,不会发生串段和瞬发现象,消除了产生安全事故的隐患,为安全生产提供了保证;这是因为本实用新型在现有毫秒导爆管雷管延期体上套上了一根一端封闭的金属管,该金属管对设在其内的由铅管和延期药构成的延期主体起屏蔽作用,使延期体在引火时不会再发生走火现象。2、安装时不需卡腰,直接压入雷管内即可,简化了工序。

具体实施方式:参见附图1,延期药1设在铅管2的孔内,延期药1的两端面与铅管2的两端面齐平。金属管3的一端封闭,封闭的端面设有小孔4,小孔4为传火孔。金属管3的内径与铅管2的外径等同,铅管2卡紧在金属管3内,它们之间无空隙,这可杜绝走火现象。金属管3的上端部设有卡口塞5,卡口塞5中设有导爆管6。在金属管3内,卡口塞5的下端面与铅管2的上端面的距离为10~15mm,该段空间为消爆空间。金属管3可为铝管、铜管、铁管等,但铝管相对于铜管等金属管材其价格较低、质量较轻,是较为理想的管材。

1.一种毫秒导爆管雷管延期体,包括铅管和装在铅管内的延期药,其特征在于,在铅管外还套有一根金属管,金属管一端封闭,封闭的端面设有小孔。
2.按权利要求1所述的毫秒导爆管雷管延期体,其特征在于,所述的金属管的内直径与铅管外直径相同。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的毫秒导爆管雷管延期体,其特征在于,所述的金属管内轴向设置10-15mm的消爆空间。
