背景技术
目前纯净水一般采取蒸馏方式生产,家庭用的纯净水都是从市场上购买瓶装的。目前纯净水生产厂家和家庭还没有利用太能能制备纯净水的。
发明目的
本申请提出一种太阳能制备纯净水装置,
该装置构造是,它包括一个密闭的玻璃罩箱,在玻璃罩箱内安置一隔水板,隔水板上铺一层无菌处理的吸水层,在玻璃罩箱外高于隔水板的位置安置一自来水桶,自来水桶底部有一渗漏孔,渗漏孔通过渗水管口与吸水层接通;渗水管上安装一个水量调节阀,隔水板底侧有挡水槽,挡水槽中有溢水管通到玻璃罩箱外,用于输出末蒸发的自来水,玻璃罩箱底部有一纯净水接水口。
上面所述的吸水层可用毛毡制作。该装置呈倾斜面朝向太阳能安装在支架上。在接水口上放置上接水瓶。
其工作原理是,自来水桶中的自来水缓慢的向吸水层渗透,在太阳照射下不断蒸发,在玻璃罩上凝成水珠,水珠沿玻璃面滑落至玻璃罩箱的底部流入接水瓶内,
使用时根据四季和昼夜太阳光照度的不同,通过调节阀调整自来水桶的渗水量。当渗水量大于蒸发量时,多余的自来水从挡水槽上的溢水管排出箱外。
本装置结构简单,不需任何能源,每平方米的光照面积每天可制备纯净水五公斤左右。在水质不好的地区尤为适用。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1对本装置进一步说明。
从图中可以看出,木装置包括一个密闭的玻璃罩箱体1,玻璃罩箱体1呈倾斜面朝向太阳能安装在支架5上,在玻璃罩箱体1内安置有隔水板3,隔水板3上铺有一层无菌处理的吸水层2;在玻璃罩箱体1外高于隔水板3的位置安置有自来水桶4,自来水桶底部有一渗漏孔,渗漏孔通过渗水管口与吸水层2接通;渗水管上安装一个水量调节阀,通过调节阀调整自来水桶的渗水量;在隔水板3底端有挡水槽9,挡水槽9中有溢水管6通到玻璃罩箱1外,当渗水量大于蒸发量时,多余的自来水从挡水槽上9的溢水管6排出箱外;在玻璃罩箱1底部开有出水口7,出水口7下方接有接水瓶8,自来水桶1中的自来水缓慢的向吸水层2渗透,在太阳照射下不断蒸发,在玻璃罩上凝成水珠,水珠沿玻璃面滑落至玻璃罩箱的底部从出水口7流入接水瓶8内。
