本实用新型涉及一种烘烤设备技术领域，特别是一种热风循环烘烤系统。
背景技术
目前在食物烘烤设备中通常分为：传导烘烤机以及对流烘烤机两种，对流烘烤机是依靠热风与物料的流动接触而进行烘烤的，使用该烘制方式能够有效保持食物原型，且提高了工作效率，降低了生产成本，从而获得广泛的使用；但是该对流烘烤机产生的热气通常经过管道与物料接触后直接排到外界，从而造成了能源的严重浪费，并且还污染环境。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种节约能源，减少浪费，又不污染环境的热风循环烘烤系统。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：
一种热风循环烘烤系统，其包括有带传送装置的烘烤室、提供烘烤室热量的燃烧机以及转换能量的热交换器，所述的烘烤室上设置有与热交换器相通的管道；
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进，所述的烘烤室、热交换器以及管道外设置有保温材料。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本产品在烘烤室上设置有与热交换器相通的管道，该设计有效将与物料接触后热风导入热交换器内继续循环使用，从而达到节约能源、减少浪费、又不污染环境，可以广泛应用于食物烘烤设备当中。

具体实施方式
参照图1，一种热风循环烘烤系统，其包括有带传送装置11的烘烤室1、提供烘烤室1热量的燃烧机2以及转换能量的热交换器3，所述烘烤室1上设置有与热交换器3相通的管道4，为了使得本产品产生的热能不容易散失，所述的烘烤室1、热交换器3以及管道4外设置有保温材料5。
本产品使用时，可以使用石油、煤油、柴油等燃料通过燃烧机2燃烧后产生热气，热气通过热交换器3产生热风进入烘烤室1，烘烤室1内的传送装置11放置有需要烘烤的食物，食物在传送装置11的传送过程中与热风相互接触，从而得到烘烤的作用，与食物接触后热风由管道4导入热交换器内继续循环使用，该设计能够节约能源、减少浪费、又不污染环境，从而可以广泛应用于食物烘烤设备当中。

1.一种热风循环烘烤系统，其包括有带传送装置(11)的烘烤室(1)、提供烘烤室(1)热量的燃烧机(2)以及转换能量的热交换器(3)，其特征在于：所述烘烤室(1)上设置有与热交换器(3)相通的管道(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热风循环烘烤系统，其特征在于：所述的烘烤室(1)、热交换器(3)以及管道(4)外设置有保温材料(5)。
