背景技术
洗碗机一般都是全封闭式洗涤，能够切断细菌传播途径；采刚专门的洗涤消毒剂，能够杀死大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌、肝炎病毒等病毒病菌；洗完后通过烘干，可以避免水渍留下的斑痕，保持餐具光洁。因此，洗碗机被越来越多家庭使用。因为洗碗机是全封闭式洗涤，而且有水，有温度，有消毒的溴氧气体，所以要求其密封性能高。但现有的洗碗机内胆密封条，其结构一般都为密实型，柔软性差，与门的接触面不够好，要使其不漏气，必须加大关门的力度，所以这对于老人和妇女使用，极其费劲。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的，是要提供一种洗碗机内胆密封条，使其与洗碗机门推关接触时有很好的柔软性，增大与门的接触面，确保它们之间的密封性，而且可减小推关洗碗机门的力度。
上述的发明目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种洗碗机内胆密封条，包括密封条，密封条设有分支、上、下空腔，其要点在于上空腔由底壁、外侧壁、内侧壁、机门接触面壁组成，内侧壁剖面成弧形，弧形二头薄，中间厚；机门接触面壁宽于底壁，并且上翘。
上述的洗碗机内胆密封条，因为上空腔内侧壁剖面成弧形，弧形的二头薄，所以在这二处很容易弯曲，这使它与洗碗机门推关碰撞时增大了洗碗机内胆密封条的柔软性，从而增大了与洗碗机门的接触面，因此它的密封性能好；另外，它的柔软性好，因此可减小推关洗碗机门的力度，使老人、妇女也能轻松使用；再则，上空腔弧形的内侧壁中间厚，所以它使内侧壁又有足够弹力恢复原状，从而使上空腔恢复原状的空间，保持最大的隔热效果。

具体实施方式
由图1-2所表示的是本实用新型一实施例，它包括密封条1、密封条1设有分支2、下空腔3和上空腔4，上空腔4由底壁5、外侧壁6、内侧壁7、机门接触面壁8组成，内侧壁7剖面成弧形，弧形二头9、10薄，弧形中间11厚，机门接触面壁8宽于底壁5，并且上翘。本实施例用橡胶作原料，并经发泡。其剖面的外包尺寸高：21毫米；宽：12.1毫米。
本实施例因为上空腔5内侧壁7剖面成弧形，弧形二头9、10薄，所以在这二处很容易弯曲，这使它与洗碗机门推关碰撞时增大了密封条1的柔软性，从而增大了与洗碗机门的接触面，因此它的密封性能好；另外，它的柔软性好，因此可减小推关洗碗机门的力度；再则，上空腔4弧形的内侧壁7弧形中间11厚，所以它使内侧壁7又有足够弹力恢复原状，从而使上空腔4恢复原状的空间，保持最大的隔热效果。
