目前的水果刀由固定在手柄一端的刀片和手柄组成，在削手果时，很容易削到手指，特别是小孩子。并且用这种水果刀削水果时，水果皮会掉得满地都是，水果皮粘在地上很难清理，人踩上容易滑倒，既不卫生又不安全。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种既不会划伤手指又可收集水果皮的水果刀。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括手柄和刀片，所述的手柄为瓶状，手柄的瓶体的中部设有一果皮入口，刀片安装在果皮入口的一侧。
为了保证在削水果时果皮不会从瓶体在掉出来，所述手柄的瓶口处设有瓶盖。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型采用瓶状的手柄，并将刀片设有手柄的中部，露出部分小，在削手果时，不会划倒手指，削出的果皮从果皮入口进入瓶体，不会掉到地上，既安全又卫生。

(五)具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种具体实施例，包括手柄1和刀片2，所述的手柄1为瓶状，在手柄1的瓶体的中部沿瓶体轴线方向开有一果皮入口3，刀片2安装在果皮入口3的一侧。所述手柄1的瓶口处设有瓶盖4。
使用时，手握紧手柄1，将刀片2对准水果，切入水果并转动，果皮从果皮入口3进入瓶体内。削完水果后，打开瓶盖4，将果皮倒出。

1.一种水果刀，包括手柄(1)和刀片(2)，其特征在于：所述的手柄(1)为瓶状，手柄(1)的瓶体的中部设有一果皮入口(3)，刀片(3)安装在果皮入口(3)的一侧。
