背景技术:双锅筒横置式锅炉,其结构均采用双锅筒横置式布置,水冷壁管构成炉膛和燃尽室受热面,双侧水冷壁经上集箱进入锅筒,锅筒间布置对流管束,燃料在炉排上燃烧所产生的火焰和高温烟气在炉膛内首先与水冷壁进行辐射换热、经燃尽室、对流管束进入省煤器、除尘器用引风将烟气通过烟囱排入大气中。上述锅炉双侧水冷壁经上集箱进入锅筒结构主要存在以下问题:1水阻力大,循环不利;2检修手孔数量多,检修维护不便,易泄漏;3极高点易存气,须排气,易腐蚀。

如图2所示的本实用新型为一种采用侧水冷壁直接进入锅筒的锅炉,双锅筒横置式布置,上锅筒1与下锅筒2之间采用对流管束3连接。下降管4从上锅筒1引出,分别连接前集箱5、后集箱6、侧集箱7,前集箱5与前拱管8连接,进入上锅筒1;后集箱6与后拱管9连接,进入上锅筒1;侧集箱7与侧水冷壁10连接,侧水冷壁管直接进入上锅筒1。

1.一种采用侧水冷壁直接进入锅筒的锅炉,其特征是:双锅筒横置式布置,锅筒间为对流管束,下降管从上锅筒引出,分别连接前集箱、后集箱、侧集箱,前集箱与前拱管连接,进入上锅筒;后集箱与后拱管连接,进入上锅筒;侧集箱与侧水冷壁连接,侧水冷壁管直接进入上锅筒。
