一种塑料缠丝过滤器。本实用新型涉及一种过滤器，在塑料滤管周壁上等间距设有纵向方型垫筋，每两个垫筋之间的塑料滤管的周壁上均匀开有圆孔，垫筋水平方向由上至下等间距开有凹槽，凹槽内镶嵌有缠丝。本实用新型结构简单、设计合理，抗腐蚀性强，提高了管井的使用寿命，降低了供水成本，本装置塑料过滤器一旦发生堵塞，清洗方法多种，可采用机械清洗或化学法清洗，本装置比现有同体积重量轻，便于运输、加工，施工方便，本装置采用方型垫筋提高了垫筋的稳定性，加强了缠丝牢固作用，提高了过滤器强度质量。

本实用新型涉及一种过滤器，尤其是涉及一种塑料缠丝过滤器。
背景技术
目前，管井的过滤器主要有：圆孔过滤器、包网过滤器、缠丝过滤器、填砾过滤器、贴砾过滤器等。一般常用的缠丝过滤器和填砾过滤器，缠丝过滤器适用于粉砂地层。而缠丝过滤器按材质又分为钢制和铸铁过滤器两种，缠丝有镀锌铁线、铜线和不锈钢三种。金属缠丝过滤器在使用中腐蚀的非常快，尤其是水位经常变化的位置，很容易出现大的孔洞。产生流砂、磨损水泵、烧坏电机，降低了井的使用寿命，这种结构的管井出现了问题又无更好的办法恢复使用性能，大多数因无法处理报废，还有铸铁过滤，由于原材料采购困难，运输、安装不方便，使用的很少，为防腐出现过用不锈钢、PVC_U管材、且用不锈钢丝和铜线缠丝等工艺的过滤器，但由于造价高，施工难度大，使用的也较少。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术中存在的不足之处，提供一种结构简单、设计合理，使用寿命长的塑料缠丝过滤器。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：在塑料滤管周壁上等间距设有纵向方型垫筋，每两个垫筋之间的塑料滤管的周壁上均匀开有圆孔，垫筋水平方向由上至下等间距开有凹槽，凹槽内镶嵌有缠丝。
本实用新型的优点是：
1、结构简单、设计合理，抗腐蚀性强，提高了管井的使用寿命，降低了供水成本；
2、本装置塑料过滤器一旦发生堵塞，清洗方法多种，可采用机械清洗或化学法清洗；
3、本装置比现有同体积重量轻，便于运输、加工，施工方便；
4、本装置采用方型垫筋提高了垫筋的稳定性，加强了缠丝牢固作用，提高了过滤器强度质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步详细描述。
由图1-图3可知，本实用新型是在塑料滤管1周壁上等间距设有纵向方型垫筋3，每两个垫筋3之间的塑料滤管1的周壁上均匀开有圆孔2，垫筋3水平方向由上至下等间距开有凹槽4，凹槽4内镶嵌有缠丝5。
本实用新型所述的地下水取水的水源井多数为管井，管井的心脏是过滤器即塑料滤管作骨架，并钻孔，方型垫筋也是采用塑料加工制作，由圆型塑料材料(PE)作缠丝，盘绕在方型垫筋开有的凹槽内，由于缠丝盘绕在方型垫筋上，通过缠丝之间的间隙，使水渗透，阻止泥沙从孔中进入，防止泥沙磨损水泵，烧坏电机，本实用新型所述的缠丝间隙由含水层中砂砾的颗粒大小确定。

1.一种塑料缠丝过滤器，包括塑料滤管，其特征在于：在塑料滤管(1)周壁上等间距设有纵向方型垫筋(3)，每两个垫筋(3)之间的塑料滤管(1)的周壁上均匀开有圆孔(2)，垫筋(3)水平方向由上至下等间距开有凹槽(4)，凹槽(4)内镶嵌有缠丝(5)。
