Abstract
一种可快速穿脱的鞋，包括有鞋底、鞋面、鞋帮和后跟，鞋底上有一铰链结构，以该铰链结构为中心，鞋分为前后两部分，其特征在于：铰链结构设在鞋帮前部对应的鞋底和后跟对应的鞋底之间；鞋之前后两部分由一锁紧装置连接；该锁紧装置为维可牢尼龙搭扣或手拉式齿条自动锁紧装置或旋转式齿条自动锁紧装置。本实用新型结构巧妙，铰链结构设在鞋帮前部对应的鞋底和后跟对应的鞋底之间的任意位置，能够使鞋口的空间角度自由变化，脚可以轻松自如的进出鞋子，而且在此过程中还能够保证脚不会踩到后跟部，使后跟变形；同时鞋子之上的维可牢尼龙搭扣或手拉式齿条自动锁紧装置或旋转式齿条自动锁紧装置等锁紧装置还能够保证鞋子正常时候，鞋跟不会轻易脱落。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及鞋子，尤其是涉及一种能够实现快速穿、脱又不使鞋面后跟部样式走形的鞋子。
【背景技术】
市场上的鞋类制品各种各样，运动鞋、皮鞋、休闲鞋等等不一而足。在这些种类繁多的鞋子中，一般分为有鞋带的鞋子和没有鞋带的鞋子两类，有鞋带的鞋子穿、脱都是一件很麻烦的事情，而相对来说没有鞋带的鞋子穿和脱都比较方便，但是还有个问题是，后者，即没有鞋带的鞋子时间一长，穿鞋时脚会把后跟部踩至走形，甚至发生后跟部无法再裹住脚跟而经常自动脱掉等尴尬场面。于是发明人设想可以在鞋底增加一铰链结构，使得鞋子能够分成两部分，这样穿、脱鞋子的时候让两部分之间的角度增大，脚就可以轻松的进出，还不会让脚踩到后跟部。在申请号为：CN99248940.7，名为：具有铰链式鞋底结构的鞋中，披露了鞋底分为两段并由铰链连接的鞋子，但是该鞋子的铰链结构在脚的第一跖骨和第五跖骨对应鞋底上的位置，其目的是为了增加某些特殊作业者使用的硬底鞋之舒适度。
【发明内容】
本实用新型旨在提供一种新型鞋子，其鞋底上装有铰链结构，能够把鞋子分为前后两部分，不但能够实现快速穿、脱鞋子，而且还不会使后跟部走形的鞋子。
一种可快速穿脱的鞋，包括有鞋底和鞋底之上的鞋面、鞋帮和后跟，所述鞋底上有一铰链结构，以该铰链结构为中心，所述鞋分为前后两部分，其特征在于：所述的铰链结构设在鞋帮前部对应的鞋底和后跟对应的鞋底之间；
所述鞋之前后两部分由一锁紧装置连接；
所述锁紧装置为一维可牢尼龙搭扣；
所述锁紧装置为一手拉式齿条自动锁紧装置，包括有绕簧、伸缩拉索、齿条按钮和内齿环，所述绕簧套在铰链结构之上，所述伸缩拉索穿过铰链结构轴线再环抱于鞋面之上，所述铰链结构端面为内凹式，所述内凹端面设有内齿环，齿条按钮之上的齿条与内齿环啮合且固定在伸缩拉索上；
所述伸缩拉索环抱于鞋面之处设有拉环，所述后跟顶端也设有拉环；
所述锁紧装置为一旋转式齿条自动锁紧装置，包括有底座、伸缩拉索、绕环、齿条旋转按钮和内齿环，所述底座固定于脚背对应之鞋面上，底座内设有中轴，中轴上绕有绕环，内齿环设于绕环之上，所述齿条旋转按钮在底座之上与绕环通过齿条连接，所述伸缩拉索绕过绕环后由底座伸出环抱于鞋帮和鞋跟之上。
本实用新型结构巧妙，铰链结构设在鞋帮前部对应的鞋底和后跟对应的鞋底之间的任意位置，由于铰链结构的存在，鞋口的空间角度自由增加，脚可以轻松自如的进出鞋子，而且在此过程中还能构保证脚不会踩到后跟部，使后跟变形；同时鞋子之上的维可牢尼龙搭扣锁紧装置或手拉式齿条自动锁紧装置或旋转式齿条自动锁紧装置等锁紧装置还能构保证鞋子正常时候，鞋跟不会轻易脱落。

【具体实施方式】
本实用新型旨在提供一种能够实现快速穿、脱鞋子，而且还不会使鞋面后跟部样式走形的鞋子。
实施例一：
如图1所示，本实施例提供的鞋子包括有鞋底1-1和鞋底1-1之上的鞋面1-2、鞋帮1-3和后跟1-4，其中鞋底1-1上有一铰链结构1-5，以该铰链结构1-5为中心，鞋被铰链结构1-5分为前后两部分，所述的铰链结构1-5则设在鞋帮1-3前部对应的鞋底1-1和后跟1-4对应的鞋底1-1之间，这样，鞋后部以铰链结构为轴可转动，当穿鞋或者脱鞋的时候只需要向下转动后跟部，则鞋口的角度增加，脚就可以快速自如地进出而且不会踩到后跟使后跟变形；同时为了保证在穿上之后鞋的后跟部不轻易脱落，如图2所示，该鞋之前后两部分由一维可牢尼龙搭扣1-6为锁紧装置进行连接，当穿着的时候扣紧维可牢尼龙搭扣1-6即可。
实施例二：
如图3所示，本实施例提供的鞋子，包括有鞋底2-1和鞋底2-1之上的鞋面2-2、鞋帮2-3和后跟2-4，其中鞋底2-1上有一铰链结构2-5，该铰链结构2-5与实施例一相同，也能够保证快速穿、脱鞋以及脚不会踩到后跟使后跟变形；同时为了保证在穿上之后鞋的后跟部不轻易脱落，如图4所示，该鞋之前后两部分由一手拉式齿条自动锁紧装置2-6进行连接，手拉式齿条自动锁紧装置2-6包括绕簧2-7、伸缩拉索2-8、齿条按钮2-9和内齿环2-10，其中绕簧2-7套装在铰链结构2-5之上，伸缩拉索2-8穿过铰链结构2-5的轴线后再环抱于鞋面2-2之上，所述铰链结构2-5端面为内凹式(图5、6所示)，铰链结构2-5的内凹端面设有内齿环2-10，齿条按钮2-9之上的齿条2-11与内齿环2-10啮合(如图7所示，其中为了看清楚，对图7相应的放大了一定倍数)且固定在伸缩拉索2-8上，所述伸缩拉索2-8环抱于鞋面2-2之处设有拉环2-12，所述后跟2-4顶端也设有拉环2-13(图3所示)。
本实施例所提供鞋子的手拉式齿条自动锁紧装置的动作过程如下：正常穿鞋使用或放着的状态时，齿条按钮在伸缩拉索的拉力作用下处于图5所示状态，此时齿条按钮之上的齿条与内齿环啮合(如图7所示状态)，锁定铰链结构不能转动；当需要脱、穿鞋的时候，拉动鞋面上伸缩拉索的拉环使齿条按钮处于图6状态所示，此时齿条按钮之上的齿条与内齿环脱离，铰链结构在绕簧的弹力作用下带动鞋的两部分绕铰链结构的轴运动，鞋口的角度增加，脚就可以快速自如地进出而且不会踩到后跟使后跟变形，穿好或脱掉后，拉动鞋跟之上的拉环克服绕簧的弹力至鞋底成水平一线，此时松开拉环让齿条与内齿环再啮合即可。
实施例三：
如图8、9所示，本实施例提供的鞋子与前述两实施例相同之处在于，也包括有鞋底3-1和鞋底3-1之上的鞋面3-2、鞋帮3-3和后跟3-4，其中鞋底3-1上有一铰链结构3-5，该铰链结构3-5与其他两实施例一相同，也能够保证快速穿、脱鞋以及脚不会踩到后跟使后跟变形；同时为了保证在穿上之后鞋的后跟部不轻易脱落，该鞋之前后两部分由旋转式齿条自动锁紧装置3-6进行连接，旋转式齿条自动锁紧装置3-6包括有底座3-7、伸缩拉索3-8、绕环3-9、齿条旋转按钮3-10和内齿环3-11，所述底座3-7固定于脚背对应之鞋面3-2上，底座3-7内设有中轴，中轴上绕有绕环3-9，内齿环3-11设于绕环3-9之上，所述齿条旋转按钮3-10在底座3-7之上与绕环3-9通过齿条3-12连接，所述伸缩拉索3-8绕过绕环3-9后由底座3-7伸出环抱于鞋帮3-3和鞋跟3-4之上。
本实施例所提供鞋子的旋转式齿条自动锁紧装置的动作过程如下：正常穿鞋使用或放着的状态时，齿条旋转按钮未按下处于图10所示状态，而此时齿条与内齿环如图12所示为接触啮合的状态，齿条旋转按钮在此状态之下不能逆向转动，因而其控制的绕有伸缩拉索的绕环也保持不动；当需要脱或穿鞋时，按动齿条旋转按钮，齿条旋转按钮之上的齿条与内齿环脱离，此时转动鞋的后部即可铰链结构为轴绕动，鞋口的角度增加，脚就可以快速自如地进出而且不会踩到后跟使后跟变形；在鞋穿好后，齿条旋转按钮未按下又处于图10所示状态，此时按照齿条与内齿环顺齿方向转动齿条旋转按钮，内绕环绕紧绳索拉索至脚部感觉舒适时候即可。
Claims (6)
1.一种可快速穿脱的鞋，包括有鞋底和鞋底之上的鞋面、鞋帮和后跟，所述鞋底上有一铰链结构，以该铰链结构为中心，所述鞋分为前后两部分，其特征在于：所述的铰链结构设在鞋帮前部对应的鞋底和后跟对应的鞋底之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可快速穿脱的鞋，其特征在于：所述鞋之前后两部分由一锁紧装置连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可快速穿脱的鞋，其特征在于：所述锁紧装置为一维可牢尼龙搭扣。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种可快速穿脱的鞋，其特征在于：所述锁紧装置为一手拉式齿条自动锁紧装置，包括有绕簧、伸缩拉索、齿条按钮和内齿环，所述绕簧套在铰链结构之上，所述伸缩拉索穿过铰链结构轴线再环抱于鞋面之上，所述铰链结构端面为内凹式，所述内凹端面设有内齿环，齿条按钮之上的齿条与内齿环啮合且固定在伸缩拉索上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种可快速穿脱的鞋，其特征在于：所述伸缩拉索环抱于鞋面之处设有拉环，所述后跟顶端也设有拉环。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种可快速穿脱的鞋，其特征在于：所述锁紧装置为一旋转式齿条自动锁紧装置，包括有底座、伸缩拉索、绕环、齿条旋转按钮和内齿环，所述底座固定于脚背对应之鞋面上，底座内设有中轴，中轴上绕有绕环，内齿环设于绕环之上，所述齿条旋转按钮在底座之上与绕环通过齿条连接，所述伸缩拉索绕过绕环后由底座伸出环抱于鞋帮和鞋跟之上。
