本实用新型涉及一种通信电缆,尤其是铁路信号软电缆。
背景技术
现有铁路信号电缆的缆芯内的四线导体组的导线为单芯铜导线,柔软度不够;在四线导体组外不设屏蔽层,同频信号不能同缆传输;缆芯外的防护层采用双钢带绕包,导致电缆的重量和外径增大,并使电缆的弯曲性能下降,施工、维修作业不方便。
发明内容
为了克服现有铁路信号电缆的不足,本实用新型提供一种铁路信号软电缆,它具有屏蔽性能优、柔软度好、易弯曲,重量相对较轻,施工、维修方便等特点。
本实用新型提供的铁路信号软电缆包括缆芯及缆芯包带层、外护套,缆芯内设有数个外包包带层的四线导体组,四线导体组的每根导线由多股镀锡铜丝及外包绝缘层构成,四线导体组的包带层外包覆由镀锡铜丝编织而成的屏蔽层,在缆芯包带层与外护套之间设置由铝镁合金丝编织的防护层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:屏蔽性能好,具有良好的抗电磁干扰性能,并可实现同频信号同缆传输;柔软度好、易弯曲,在保证电缆强度的前提下减轻了电缆的重量,施工、维修较为方便。

具体实施方式
在图1中,本实用新型的四线导体组(2)内的每根导线(1)采用多股镀锡铜丝绞合而成后外包绝缘层,,在四根外包绝缘层的导线(1)外用聚酯带包覆包带层(3),再包覆用镀锡铜丝编织的屏蔽层(4),即制成四线导体组(2)。将数个四线导体组(2)绞合制成缆芯(8)后包覆包带层(5),再包覆用铝镁合金丝编织的防护层(6),再在防护层(6)外包覆外护套(7)即制成本发明。

1、一种铁路信号软电缆,包括缆芯及缆芯包带层、外护套,缆芯内设有数个外包包带层的四线导体组,其特征在于四线导体组的每根导线由多股镀锡铜丝及外包绝缘层构成,四线导体组的包带层外包覆由镀锡铜丝编织而成的屏蔽层,在缆芯包带层与外护套之间设置由铝镁合金丝编织的防护层。
