为了克服上述不足，本实用新型提供一种刚柔结合电热暖手器，就能达到美观散热较慢、保温性好，手感舒适及不易碰坏的目的。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：由金属外壳和电源插座组成的刚柔结合电热暖手器，在原金属刚性外壳边缘外围，设置一柔性包圈，将原刚性外壳外缘嵌包在内，形成一圈柔性外包圈。本专利是将非金属材料与其结合，利用非金属材料特有的易成型、美观、保温性好、手感舒适及有伸缩性，可减缓冲击力的优点从而使现有产品性能得到改善、提高。
