本实用新型涉及一种安全雨衣。
背景技术
目前，已有的雨衣，帽子不能随头的转动而转动，被帽子的内侧面挡住了视线。因而难以左顾右盼，使得骑自行车或摩托车的人拐弯及穿越十字路口时，难以看清左、右、及身后的行人、车辆，骑车很不安全。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的缺点，提供一种能够左、右、后视，出现事故时能够有效地保护头部的安全雨衣。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案予以实现：它包括防水帽和防水布，在防水帽内设有弹性材料层及松紧带。
采用本实用新型，可以观察到左、右、后的行人、车辆，防止事故的发生，也可以在事故发生时有效地保护头部免受伤害。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2、图3可知，防水帽1内设有弹性材料层2，该材料可以是海棉，在防水帽1的上半部，设有大约1寸宽的圆形状的松紧带3，松紧带3的外圆周设有多根固定线4，每根固定线4均与防水帽1连接。防水帽1上还设有帽舌6，防水帽1的下部连接防水布5。防水帽1的制作材料，为了能更好的保护头部在出现摔倒事故时免受伤害，它是用硬质材料制作的。
实施本实用新型时，把防水帽1内的松紧带3套在人的头上，这样就能使防水帽1随人的头部的转动而转动，方便的使着安全雨衣者，观察到左、右、后边的人及车辆的行驶情况，保证了使用者的安全骑行。

1、一种安全雨衣包括防水帽(1)、防水布(5)，其特征在于：在防水帽(1)内设有弹性材料层(2)和松紧带(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防水帽(1)是用硬质材料制作的。
