本实用新型涉及一种钢琴总档。
(二)背景技术
钢琴总档以木总档较高档，也有较抵档次的铝总档。木总档在吸湿或失去水份后，易产生变形或干裂，严重影响钢琴的质量，而且用料要求十分严格，不许有节子、裂纹、疤痕及夹皮等缺陷，木材利用率低、成本高。而铝总档则档次较低，另外联动器、转击器、制音器需要通过螺丝固定在总档上，金属的螺丝的同样是金属的铝总档之间易产生滑动和松脱。
(三)发明内容
为了克服现有钢琴总档的上述不足，本实用新型提供一种铝木复合的钢琴总档。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：一种钢琴总档，包括铝条，所述的铝条内部开设有纵向的槽，所述的槽内有嵌有榉木条，所述的榉木条与所述的槽过盈配合。
进一步，所述的槽有两条，两条槽内均匀嵌有榉木条。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：将榉木条塞于铝条内，木材的选材不再过于苛刻，降低了成本，塞于铝条内的木条受到约束，不易产生变形及开裂。联动器、转击器、制音器需要通过螺丝固定在总档上时，螺丝于木条的钻合较牢固，避免出现铝总档的滑动和松脱现象。

1.一种钢琴总档，其特征在于：包括铝条，所述的铝条内部开设有纵向的槽，所述的槽内有嵌有榉木条，所述的榉木条与所述的槽过盈配合。
