Abstract

背景技术
现有的建筑门窗一般采用实木板、人造板材等进行装饰，由木工师父现场制作、拼接、安装，同时还需要进行表面砂光、油漆等处理，工艺复杂、成本高。而且实木板、人造板表面强度低，门套在使用中容易遭受磕碰造成的损坏，影响美观，特别是木材资源的极度短缺和保护生态环境的要求制约了实木门套的使用。

本实用新型提供了一种采用组合结构的门套型材技术方案，以克服现有技术中存在的问题。

现结合说明书附图，详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方式：
如图所示的一种组合门套型材，门框型面板2为一体成型且具有腔体结构，腔体结构在保证强度的同时可以节省材料、减少产品重量，以降低制造、运输成本，安装更方便。门框型面板2外表面上设置有安装槽4，通过安装螺丝等将门框型面板2固定在相应的建筑墙体上，设置挡条3与安装槽4嵌接配合以装饰安装槽4，也可以直接在安装螺丝位置设置相应的装饰扣等。门框型面板2左右两侧分别嵌接设置“”形门套线侧板1、1a，门套线侧板1、1a与门框型面板2嵌接面相互设置防滑波纹，可防止门套线侧板1、1a滑脱，门套线1、1a嵌入门框型面板2的深度可以进行适当调整以适应墙体的宽度。“”形门套线侧板1、1a内侧配合设置凸棱5、5a，能有效减少门套线侧板1、1a的厚度，节省材料，而且安装、使用中门套线侧板1、1a通过凸棱5、5a与墙体接触，避免了面与面的接触，能避免因墙体不平整而引起的安装问题，可以使门套线侧板1、1a安装更方便。本实用新型中涉及的各组合部件均可采用PVC发泡材料制成，门套线侧板1、1a上设置凸棱5、5a和防滑波纹、门框型面板2上设置防滑波纹均可为一体成型结构。

1.一种组合门套型材，其特征在于包括门框型面板(2)，门框型面板(2)左右两侧分别嵌接设置门套线侧板(1、1a)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种组合门套型材，其特征在于门框型面板(2)外表面上设置有安装槽(4)，安装槽(4)与挡条(3)嵌接配合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种组合门套型材，其特征在于门框型面板(2)为一体成型的腔体结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种组合门套型材，其特征在于门套线侧板(1、1a)为“”形结构，其内侧配合设置凸棱(5、5a)。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种组合门套型材，其特征在于门套线侧板(1、1a)与门框型面板(2)嵌接面相互设置防滑波纹。
