具体实施方式
把绳子编织成粗段部分(1)绳子直径为1厘米，粗段部分与细段部分(2)的间距为10厘米，绳子全长为100厘米，在绳子端口(3)用公知技术束口或套圈。使用时把本实用新型套入人体腰部，双手握住绳子端口(3)及对称的另一端，先使用较小力气转动腰部，再拉动绳子端口可以起到锻炼腰部与手部，不受技巧限制。
