本实用新型涉及一种永磁外转子发电机装配装置。
背景技术
目前,公知的永磁外转子发电机装配主要是壳体呈卧式的装配装置,该装置对永磁外转子发电机装配时的安全性要求较高,并且由于该装置采用的辅助设备较多、采用该装置,容易出现装配效率低、产品批量装配周期较长等问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种新型的永磁外转子发电机装配装置。
本实用新型由主支撑、丝杆、螺母、间隙垫条、手轮组成,装配的发电机转子通过丝杆和螺母与该装置连接,旋转减速器上的手轮将发电机转子进行同步托起和放下,间隙垫条安装在待装配转子的磁极部位,保证定转子的最小气隙在装配过程中保持不变。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的方案是:针对永磁外转子发电机的结构将发电机壳体固定在该装置上,通过该装置的部件-螺母的移动对发电机壳体进行精确的装配。
本实用新型的优点是,在实现安全有效装配时并不占用主要设备和正式工位,结构简单、效率高。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本实用新型放置在发电机壳体上方并与之固定,固定完成后吊至发电机内部构件上进行发电机装配。
参照图2,主支撑5装配时安放在发电机定子内部支架上,通过同步旋转减速器上的手轮1将发电机转子2进行同步托起和放下。螺母3,作为发电机转子上下移动时的提升下降的直接支撑。丝杆4,通过外力旋转使固定撑在螺母3上的发电机壳体沿其轴线方向移动。

1.一种永磁外传子发电机装配装置,由主支撑、丝杆、螺母、间隙垫条、手轮组成,其特征是装配的发电机转子通过丝杆和螺母与该装置连接,间隙垫条安装在待装配转子的磁极部位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的永磁外转子发电机装配配置,其特征在于装配时发电机壳体固定在沿丝杆轴线方向上下移动螺母上,主支撑装配时安放在地上或放置在发电机内部构件上。
