目前普遍使用的太阳能热水器为平板式太阳能热水器,这种太阳能热水器包括水箱、集热管、反射板、平板式支架等,水箱安装在平板式支架的顶部,太阳能集热管的开口端与水箱相通,封闭端安装在于支架上,这种平板式太阳能热水器一般安装在屋顶、阳台等固定场所,太阳能集热管都不可能始终对准太阳,因而太阳能的利用率不会很高,而且一般不适用于大容量的太阳能热水器。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有平板式太阳能热水器太阳能利用率不高问题,提供了一种太阳能利用率高、保温效果好的升降式大容量全方位太阳能热水器。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案实现:升降式大容量全方位太阳能热水器,包括储水筒、集热管组、反射板,组成圆台形集热管组的每根集热管上端分别固定于储水筒,并与储水筒相互连通,集热管下端分别固定于支架底盘,支架底盘下部连接升降油缸,升降油缸安装于升降池内,升降池池壁上开有导向槽,支架底盘上设置可沿导向槽滑动的导向块。储水筒筒体由金属内层和玻璃外层构成,金属内层的外壁涂有集热材料,内外层之间抽真空。储水筒上部装有避雷针。支架底盘上固定有支撑于储水筒底部的钢支架。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下有益效果:太阳能利用率高,保温效果好,容量大,可用于大型场所,适用范围广。

升降式大容量全方位太阳能热水器,包括储水筒1、集热管组、反射板3。组成圆台形集热管组的每根集热管2上端分别固定于储水筒1,并与储水筒1相互连通,集热管2下端分别固定于支架底盘4,支架底盘4下部连接升降油缸5,升降油缸5安装于升降池6内,升降池池壁上开有导向槽7,支架底盘4上设置可沿导向槽7滑动的导向块8。储水筒1筒体由金属内层9和玻璃外层10构成,金属内层9的外壁涂有集热材料,内外层之间抽真空11。储水筒1上部装有避雷针12。支架底盘4上固定有支撑于储水筒1底部的钢支架13。
真空双层储水筒1加强太阳能热水器的集热效果,圆台形集热管组可以全方位收集太阳能,提高太阳能利用率。储水筒1底部支撑的钢支架,可承载大容量的水。储水筒1顶部的避雷针12可防止夏季雷击太阳能热水器发生危险。在不使用时,升降油缸5可将热水器放下,支架底盘4上设置的导向块8沿导向槽7滑到升降池6底部,同时可实现保温防冻的效果。

1、一种升降式大容量全方位太阳能热水器,包括储水筒(1)、集热管组、反射板(3),其特征在于组成圆台形集热管组的每根集热管(2)上端分别固定于储水筒(1),并与储水筒(1)相互连通,集热管(2)下端分别固定于支架底盘(4),支架底盘(4)下部连接升降油缸(5),升降油缸(5)安装于升降池(6)内,升降池(6)池壁上开有导向槽(7),支架底盘(4)上设置可沿导向槽(7)滑动的导向块(8)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的升降式大容量全方位太阳能热水器,其特征在于储水筒(1)筒体由金属内层(9)和玻璃外层(10)构成,金属内层(9)的外壁涂有集热材料,内外层之间抽真空(11)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的升降式大容量全方位太阳能热水器,其特征在于储水筒(1)上部装有避雷针(12)。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的升降式大容量全方位太阳能热水器,其特征在于支架底盘(4)上固定有支撑于储水筒(1)底部的钢支架(13)。
5、根据权利要求3所述的升降式大容量全方位太阳能热水器,其特征在于支架底盘(4)上固定有支撑于储水筒(1)底部的钢支架(13)。
