本实用新型为埋地钢肋复合加层发泡缠绕管,缠绕管的本体由外套和内衬构成的夹层结构,在外套和内衬的表面上分布有若干T型立肋,管材的两端分别设有子扣和母扣,拱状钢带呈凸状镶嵌在相邻两T型立肋之间,梯形钢带呈上窄下宽的梯形扣合在子扣和母扣上,其上翘的边沿镶嵌在相邻的T型立肋之间,在拱状钢带和梯形钢带与外套管之间充填有聚氨脂发泡充填体。由外套和内衬构成的夹层结构,使缠绕管环刚度大大提高,外套和内衬之间用聚氨脂发泡充填体,将管壁连接处通过充填物密封,使钢肋完全封闭,不受腐蚀,适用于范围扩大,特别是可用于冻土层以上环境,使现有埋地钢肋缠绕管缺欠得以克服。

本实用新型涉及对现有埋地钢肋缠绕管结构的改进,提供了一种新型结构的埋地钢肋复合加层发泡缠绕管,属于板带式螺旋管道技术领域。
背景技术
现有的钢肋复合缠绕管是的定型产品,已在许多工程领域中推广使用,但在实际使用中,该产品还存在以下许多不足之处:单层HDPE管壁连接处容易发生漏水现象,钢肋容易腐蚀,环刚度低,无法适用于冻土层以上环境,因此制约了该类产品的使用范围。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种埋地钢肋复合加层发泡缠绕管,解决了现有钢肋复合缠绕管存在的耐腐蚀性差,连接处漏水等缺点。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下:缠绕管的本体由外套管和内衬管构成的夹层结构,在外套管和内衬管的表面上均匀相间分布有若干T型立肋,管材的两端分别设有子扣和母扣,拱状钢带呈凸状镶嵌在相邻两T型立肋之间,梯形钢带呈上窄下宽的梯形扣合在子扣和母扣上,其上翘的边沿镶嵌在相邻的T型立肋之间,其特征在于:在拱状钢带和梯形钢带与外套管之间充填有聚氨脂发泡充填体。
本实用新型的积极效果在于:缠绕管采用由外套管和内衬管构成的夹层结构,缠绕管的环刚度大大提高,外套管和内衬管之间设有聚氨脂发泡充填体,将管壁连接处通过充填物密封,使钢肋完全封闭,不受腐蚀,适用于范围扩大,使现有埋地钢肋缠绕管缺欠得以克服。

具体实施方式
参照图1所示,管材的本体1由外套管2和内衬管4构成的夹层结构,在外套管2和内衬管4的表面上均匀相间分布有若干T型立肋9,管材的两端分别设有子扣8和母扣7,拱状钢带5呈凸状镶嵌在相邻两T型立肋9之间,梯形钢带6上窄下宽呈扣合在子扣8和母扣7上,其上翘的边沿镶嵌在相邻的T型立肋9之间,在拱状钢带5和梯形钢带6与外套管2之间充填有聚氨脂发泡充填体3。
